Location is excellent. Right in the middle of old town. We can walk out the door onto the street crowded of people.
Staff was very helpful and public rooms are very comfortable. I stayed only one night the next time we stay longer.

It’s in a good location in the old town. The restaurant Maggies is great and the staff in the restaurant are really welcoming.
The rooms are certainly more dated than the pictures convey. And my main issue was that the room was dirty. It wasn’t cleaned before we got there and nor whilst we were there.
We were on the 8th floor and every time we came out of the lift there were staff sat on the floor in the corridor dismantling Xmas trees, folding cutlery in napkins etc. we literally had to step over them to get to our room.
