Perfect location. Have stayed at the Nelligan many times. Renovations very beautiful. Nice to have the rue St Paul put back together. Terrific staff. Wonderful pillows.

Hotel location
Check your bill carefully - they overcharged! No apology - just rectified
Could have let us know that the road outside the Hotel was shut, rather than let us drive around trying to get to the hotel.
Issues with the room were numerous - most fixed quickly.
Not enough waiting staff to manage the number of guests
