The restaurant was exceptional. Wonderful food, bar service, and staff. Location was perfect. Easy to walk anywhere and a short simple walk to the cruise port.

Location is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a nice touch.
Our room faced the front and the bar/hotel across the street. The noise went on until 3:00AM. Our friends stayed in a room facing the back and they heard nothing. Told my travel agent to warn clients.

The Hotel is not what it was Pre---Covid, the room and night restaurant/bar are very acceptable and appreciated. However....see below what we didn't like and is a deal breaker.
The Hotel is not what it was Pre---Covid, where the absence of a restaurant breakfast removes the charm and comfort that the Hotel previously was so well known for and appreciated. The box breakfast is not even a meager replacement for the restaurant. In fact eating from a box in ones room is rather depressing. The model is a fail and considering the cost of the room its time to take a pass in the future. The suggestion that there are local restaurants that make breakfast just an excuse. You have to walk considerable distance for a proper breakfast. NO apologies, or sorry you feel that way. It just a fact. Also Bonaparte has a partner hotel that does provide full kitchen service, so we heard the excuses and ignored the sad tails.
