The front desk counter staff were all very nice, warm & welcoming!
There’s a housefly + a small flies in our room. Staying w us for 3 nights. Feel quite irritating.
The 2nd day of our stay, makeup room was very prompt.
But on e 3rd day of our stay, when we go back to our room at 3pm+, it still wasn’t make up yet.
We think it was taking abit far too long to do makeup room, as we cannot come back and rest after a day outside.
And there is a big black long stain on one of our towels on the last day of the make up room.
Body lotion wasn’t given a new one too (But luckily the young man at the reception was nice and kind enough to provide us with body lotion after I told him about this incident).
I would like to suggest them to place 1 dustbin in the room as well. Because just 1 small little dustbin at a toilet corner is very inconvenient.
