Liked that it was close to the bus stop andnear everything I needed.
The oerson in the other room did laundry ( outside my door ) past midnight. Rules say no laundry after 10:00.

Great location, near public transportation, restaurants and shops. Very quiet and pleasant area.
The house is new.
Facilities are not enough, no hair dryer and no iron (I asked the landlord to supply but was told that they do not have).
The house is for up to 4 people but there are only 2 chairs in the kitchen. We were 3 people (2 groups) in total and needed to consider other people when use the chair.
The cutleries are not enough, no knives and not enough spoons.
The bathroom door lock was broken and I asked the landlord to fix but It was not fixed.
The bath towels are worn-out and thin. I asked the landlord for another towel and they provided better one.
This accommodation will be much better if those small things are solved.
