Comfy bed in cosy room. All you could want from a BnB. Great attention to detail, soaps, teas, coffee, decor and happy to bring the little dog. Well done Bat and Ball. Thanks :-)

Beautiful little village location - very cute
Breakfast - the pub did not disclose that only a continental is offered (bread / pastry and condiments). For the price, £260 per night (!) I’d expect more and we ended up paying a further £50 on breakfast for 3x people for eggs on avocado toast. After we had already paid more for the room to have breakfast included. That did sour things.
The cost per meal was London pricing (£15-20), so it feels like the pub is taking advantage and not being clear with guests.
The pub also tried to charge us ‘£12’ extra on arrival, despite having paid the full £260 via Booking.com. We refused and suggested they take it up directly with Booking.com if they received less (which I presume is fees and the cost of promoting on booking.com)
