Very nice home and immaculate.
5 ladies staying and it was a dream , everything you could require was accommodated for would defo look to stay here again without a doubt.
Only negative I could find was the lock on front door was a bit stiff to open but one of the group eventually had the knack so was not a real issue

The property was a great little location for us, the price was very good especially for the bedrooms available. The garden was huge we were going for a festival so we had our camping chairs 😀 the communication was great . I don’t understand the negative reviews esp for the price. We managed perfectly well to cook a full breakfast and yes we had read the previous reviews and we had large drinking cups etc with us. The living room was a little small but that is because they have used the rooms for bedrooms there is a conservatory with table and chairs. Yes certain areas could be slightly updated but again the value for money in this area is very good. It was very hot the weekend we were there, so I took a small fan for the bedroom if I booked again I would take a small extension for the plug as sockets in the room I shared were by the side of one bed. We had a lovely stay and it more than did the job

Clean
Needing an upgrade and a tidy up- E.G grounds upkeep. The lounge isn’t suitable nor is the dining space for the number of guest that are bookable. Crockery and glassware is limited.
