We were greeted by a friendly member of staff. She grabbed a bottle of water and some fresh milk which she put in a small fridge.
The decor was pleasant and we liked the shower, which had safe flooring and a sensible shower head. The room was well maintained and equipped.
We had dinner, and again, service was good. The food lived up to expectations.
Similarly with breakfast, a good menu.
We were in the area to attend a funeral and the smooth running of the Ostrich helped the experience more manageable.
The music from the bar was a bit intrusive.

Great location, lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast menu. Very clean. Rooms well appointed. We also had the best sleep - very comfortable beds. It was during a heatwave so we were a little warm but the hotel had provided fans without being asked.
