A clean room and bathroom. Also there was water to have which was very important.
Could not control the room temperature and it was cold in the room. There was a bathroom floor heater i believe but it did not work.

Ottima, davanti alla fermata degli autobus per il centro. Zona tranquilla con possibilità di parcheggio. Acqua a disposizione.

Geräumiges Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und Lage in Flughafennähe. Das Bad ist modern eingerichtet und ebenso wie das Schlafzimmer sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war stets freundlich. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und mit dem Check-out ist erst 12 Uhr vormittags, was wir am Abreisetag als angenehm empfanden. Zusätzlich bekamen wir freundlicherweise noch die Möglichkeit, unser Gepäck über den Tag zu lagern. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, sodass man innerhalb von 30-50 min in der Innenstadt von Edinburgh ist.
Leider war die Kommunikation mit
der Unterkunft nicht so einfach, die Check-out Zeit war über booking falsch angegeben (auf 23:59 Uhr), sodass erst die Reinigungskraft uns mitteilte, wir müssten um 12 Uhr vormittags das Zimmer verlassen. Weiterhin wirkte das Zimmer etwas kahl und ist schlicht eingerichtet, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Davon abgesehen alles top.

Reasonably priced and close to buses to the city. Room was clean but not as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable. Owner was responsive however we shouldn’t have needed to ask the questions we did.
Rubbish, weeds and overgrown backyard which made the property look rundown and not as per photos. No iron, ironing board or hairdryer in room so these needed to be requested. Dining table had the fridge on it and there was only one chair for a family room. No microwave although stated. For a 2 night stay for 4 people there was 1 tiny shampoo, conditioner and shower gel so more needed to be requested.
