Déjà, l'accueil du personnel : aimable, serviable, à l'écoute, chaleureux, réactif, professionnel, ... nous avons même reçu des conseils et de l'aide par rapport à notre situation. La valeur humaine est vraiment le plus de cet établissement, encore bravo et merci !
Très bien situé : la commune , la région , la nature +++ !
Les condos sont agréables.
Si je peux me permettre, trois suggestions : une poignée de maintient dans la douche, une descente de douche à la sortie de la cabine pour ne pas tremper le sol et enfin, plus de couverts ( cuillères, fourchettes, couteaux ) et assiettes. Merci !

Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. L’emplacement proche du petit port et de petits restaurants sympas.
Pas vraiment d’espaces extérieurs en dehors du spa que nous n’avons pas testé.
Nous avons eu une chambre en rez-de-chaussée donc sans vue malgré une petite terrasse et un peu sombre. Rapport qualité prix de fait un peu décevant.

Nice and clean two-bedroom place. It's quite new (or recently renovated) with everything you need for cooking (a decent set of appliances and cutlery). Basically, you have all you need for a 1-2 day stay.
I was impressed with the mini-gym, and the sauna is good as well!
Pleasant and responsive staff (I stayed in many similar places across Quebec and can say the staff responsiveness and help at Viking-resort wins by a wide margin).
As usual, small things contribute to disappointment:
- You'll be charged extra for any tiny thing like bringing a pet (of any size) or additional robes. Oddly enough - the apartment is for 4 people, but you only find 2 robes there
- The apartments on the first floor are the worst. All you can expect is a nice view of the car parking
- Due to the absence of balconies in many apartments - there's no BBQ grill, which is quite frustrating
- The AC is in the main room only. The windows do not open! The temperature in the bedrooms at night raches 28C!
- If you travel with kids - this place is not for you. No activities for kids/families whatsoever (no play rooms or play yards)
- Even though the access point is in one of the rooms, the internet connection (wifi) is very poor
- The resort is on the lake shore, but oddly enough, there's no private beach. The closest beach is about 2km away, so you have to take a car, but the parking will be a big problem
Don't get me wrong, I can compare to Suites-Sur-Lac, which is very similar, but the latter has a ton of activities for the entire family at the location.
