Much needed R&R

The Origin at Seahaven was wonderful. the parking was super easy. The room had a breath taking view facing the water. However, a balcony would have been even better! The pool was its own personal paradise, add a poolside bar *hint hint*. The location was great. I will def. be back in the future!

I had issues with my key several times and unfortunately one of the times I had to walk over to another Seahaven facility instead of having help at the front desk.

This place is awesome

All of it! The staff was so nice and helpful and friendly, the hotel was very clean everywhere u can tell they take pride in it, our room was clean and fresh and perfect for everything we needed it to be. We stayed in 1129 n the bed was so comfy I didn't wanna leave! The pool was heated so it was the perfect temp to swim and have fun in March! They have an arcade, movie theater, laundry mat, a sunrise deck u can check out the sunrise on which was super cool!! They also have a store attached to the place and a little food joint where u can get coffee, drinks, snacks and ice cream! It's perfect walking distance to few restaurants and stores and the beach is so close across the road! We absolutely loved staying here and we will definitely be back!!

Definitely lower the cleaning fee if you're not going to actually CLEAN your units.

There was no breakfast. Very archaic system to use to get into the facility. Had to ask for help several times on how to find things or use the key code pads. The emails we got looked like someone who barely spoke English wrote them and made the instructions difficult.

The room was not cleaned at all when we got there. Sure, they set up the bathroom with towels and took out the trash and set up little air fresheners. However, for a 200 dollar cleaning fee (that was as expensive as my room), I found that under the bed was disgusting. The bathroom was not clean whatsoever. Found the plunger and toilet wand was sitting in moldy poop water. Not a good sign that these units are using my cleaning fee money to good use. Ontop of all that, we found someone had left their gun and bullets in the left side drawer of the night stand. So these guys are taking 200 dollars, and just sweeping up, and just running though the rooms. Not paying attention to whats been in the rooms, good to know if I brought kids, they'd find a live handgun in the drawer of my next unit. Very disappointing.

Well priced convenient and safe facility.

We love the location of the facility. The amenities are excellent. Phenomenal pool and hot tub. Loved having in-condo laundry. Overall property is dated, but it is in excellent condition as well as very clean. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Parking is still an issue, but not insurmountable. Having guests during bad weather is the only issue. They have to park in the overflow area which is in the empty lot next to the facility.

It’s my favorite resort we have stayed there n over the years

I loved how easy it was to check in, the parking was easy. The location was great. The rooms was clean and noise free. We loved it and will definitely stay there again.

Very attentive staff and nice rooms

The staff were absolutely awesome even though it was hard to get through the phone since nobody ever answered the number given. I’m a perceptive Construction worker and just noticed little things here and there that were not finished ie. moldings on the floors we’re not painted and the bathroom could have been bigger and the cabinets could have been more strategically placed. Still way better than anywhere else that I’ve stayed due to the cleanliness even though there will always be sand on the floors since it’s near the beach. There is also the fast pass to get into SHARKY’S!!

The room could have been completely finished and better Engineering on strategical placement of kitchen cabinets. The elevators had faults here and there and was hard to find one that wasn’t completely jam packed full of people (being on the 10th floor) Parking was very hard to find at night but easy to find in the day time. Also, the phone was never picked up by staff.

I definitely would like to rent this condo again

We always stay hear when vacationing in PCB. This was a nice condo. The bathroom is beautiful, love the temperature sensing shower head.

We had troubles with the elevator but was repaired quickly. The bathroom door is sticking when trying to open. The area rugs needs to be taped down before someone trip and fall.

It was adequate for my purposes.

The central location was perfect for the business I needed to do. Also, the parking was easy.

1 of the 2 eyes on the stove didn’t work. There is no ice. I had no ice maker, no ice trays… Florida is too hot to not have ice. Also the microwave was 5 feet up the wall and I could not reach it without standing on a chair.

Location it was safe & the beach was near.

The water didn’t get hot. It was only cold water. Items was left under bed from the guest before us. The elevator was slow only one was working.

Nothing it was terrible. That was a terrible excuse to be called a condo.

Everything access to walkway couldn't be open. Solid window. No extra towels. Terrible kitchen.

Room was nice, balcony was cute.

Room was great, didn't realize I had booked a privately owned for-rent condo - thought it was going to be just a hotel. Location was great for the beach, shopping, things to-do.

Location was further away from Frank Brown Park than I had realized. Drive wasn't bad, though. Traffic on Front Beach Road is awful, and dangerous with people darting across Front Beach. Parking at the condo was convenient, if you could find a spot - but if you get there in the evening, all spots are taken and navigating the small garage and narrow parking spaces was difficult. Has three elevators - we didn't discover the 3rd (more private) one until our last night. Elevators took a while to get to you, but there was a lot of floors and lots of people staying that weekend so it was understandable. Also I only received one roll of toilet paper for the entire weekend, and had to go buy my own at the coffee shop downstairs.

The only complaint I had was I had to scrape the crap off the glass top stove to make it work...it was so dirty it wouldn't cook. Its clean now because i cleaned it.

This is a wonderful place to bring family/ friends and enjoy a nice vacation.

I love the rooms and the environment of the Origin. It is always clean and well maintained and has helpful staff. I especially love the location and proximity to the beach. I also really enjoy the Starbucks that is on site.

The only thing that we did not like was the long wait times for the elevators. There are only two elevators and often many patrons traveling in and out of the area as well as loading and unloading and it causes very long wait times to arrive at the rooms/front desk.
