The place had a good breakfast and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful

We had leftovers from a previous breakfast so only had a couple of thins from their breakfast. It did look like we woild have expected had we eaten there. We have stayed here before as the location is great for what we wanted.
The only downside was the slow elevator. They could stand to have another on with the size of the hotel.

Clean and spacious room with very nice pool facilities.
Hot tube was down when we weee there.

Location in liberty Lake.
Good selection in the mini store.
Friendly staff at breakfast.
The length of time for check-in was too long. You need to have more than one person working in the front desk during that 3 to 5 PM hour.
The key cards continually stopped working. That was a hassle.
When I went in the gym, the elliptical machine did not work.
There were two hairs in the tub — on different sides of the tub and they weren’t ours.
