I love this property and make it a point to stay here whenever I am in the area! The facilities are great and have exactly what we need! The pool is great! The breakfast is always delicious, and the staff is exceptional!

Breakfast hours were perfect. Items available were done nicely. Rooms were clean and confortable.

The location is convenient, surrounded by plenty of shops, spas, and places to eat. The staff was friendly at check in and out. The free breakfast and coffee were also decent and appreciated to prepare for the cold day ahead.
Parking is okay, you have to pay an additional fee to park underground. When we approached the room, the door was damaged. As if someone had tried to punch/kick the door in and the hotel never bothered themselves to replace it. The beds were comfortable. The TV and its options for viewing were outdated. There was dust in the room and the door to the balcony was also broken.
