They refused to check us in with our reservation. BIg mix-up due to a problem between the hotel and Booking Buddy…NOT OUR PROBLEM!! After wasting about two hours trying to resolve it, we had to pay again for a room (which we had already paid for) and request a refund from Booking Buddy. By that time it was too late to go out for dinner. Very unhappy and tired from a long drive from Florida.

Room clean.Bed was extremely comfortable. Bed linens outstanding!Liked adjustable bed side lighting. Good a/c. Front desk staff professional and helpful (Lindsey was great!). Would definitely return.
Only problem was shower head/lack of water pressure. Television/tv remote not the easiest to understand or operate either.

Walkiing distance to my sister's house and Aldi's. the fitness room was also decent.
The room smelled funky, maybe from the AC. The pillows were all firm... was hoping for a variety. Bed linens are synthetic and hot. The breakfast bar had a yogurt machine that put out a dime size yogurt, and no one there bothered to fix it or mark it as not working. And I had done the precheck in online, but still took 5 minutes to sign things and get the key (they only gave us one).
