Terrible, unprofessional,false advertising,dirty.

Nothing.Staff was rude,scolded me,screamed at me for asking for toliet paper and demanded I go to my room.Then was given ultimatum on the 3rd or 4th day to pay $155 for the 3rd person In room even though at registration I told them 3 ppl would be there,or leave.Then basically threatened when told "I suggest it's in your best interest to just pay the money."We checked out hour later.And was refused fund,even tho we still have at least 3 more nights there.Very unprofessional,nothing like the pictures on website.

Fine price, but a horrible place to get a comfortable night’s rest.

Fine facility, looked fine and just lower tiered but the price reflects that. Cheap spot for quick stay.

VERY uncomfortable bedding accommodations. The room smelt like Clorox upon entering. Very thin walls, and allows pets which can be heard and thus potentially quite noisy.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

There weren't any cups in the room. I didn't want to bother the staff because there was one 24/7.

Inexpensive and outdated, but funtional

Cost. Lowest price in the area. Room was clean and functional. Great place if you are looking for just a place to sleep and shower. Had cable TV and wifi.

Appeared to have extended stay residents (weekly/monthlly). Outdated Clarion Hotel. Public bath rooms out of order. For the economy traveler only.

-10 star abandoned motel

Size of room and location in middle of hills

Extremely dirty and broken hotel .It was like nobody has touched any part of it in ages .Corridor has abandoned feeling ..with extreme amount of trash and dirt .Room had broken ac ..and broken shower ..dirty moulds all over and dirt on everything ..looks like room was closed for many years . We didnt had choice so stayed there but we could use shower nor couldnt get ready as my gf want to get out of there asap .

Dirty, smelly, halls had wallpaper falling off and loose and warped flooring. The room was better but the blanket and sheets were old and stained and the floor was not clean. Overall bad shape. Side and back access doors not secure. Back parking lot deteriorated and weedy.

Good

It seems it's a family ran hotel and the family is extremely caring and attentive. The building seems under renovation, a little old fashioned but the beds were comfortable and there was TV, a fridge and a microwave in each of our rooms.

To be staying in a small city like Dubois and this being the most affordable price, it was still more expensive than any other similar stay we had in major US cities

I would never suggest this hotel!!

There was no breakfast or even coffee. The room was clean and comfortable.

The facility was in disrepair. It looked like it was abandoned. The halls and outside doors were terrible!!

Put some money into it, you’ll make money if u do

Just to dirty, really needs a lot of maintenance, wash cloths looked like rags,inside shower was very dirty, I would not take a shower there. I had to ask for cleaner and a rag to clean the toilet, they brought it and didn’t offer to clean it, I had to clean it myself, I showed her where it was dirty. Cover on bed had stains (I think) or maybe it wasn’t washed? I hope it was!

Clean up outside weeds, put nice bedding on beds, breakfast, don’t use dirty mats in shower and update towels staff really needs to be trained and helped

Not a good place to stay dirty and not friendly services and stuff everywhere unacceptable

There was none there facilities are dirty and unacceptable.

Everything the front desk person was ignorant and smart and tried to rip me off by saying I didn't tell her about my small well trained dog and that she did have a carrying case if need be she called me a lier so I proved it by showing her my original reservation and then she did give it back but told me not to come back it was unacceptable and definitely not friendly services the rooms were dirty and the sheets were stained like they barely ever got washed and we checked under the mattresses and found old molded food and crumbs everywhere. I would not tell anyone to stay there unless it is an emergency otherwise steer clear unless you want to be treated like crap and sleep in a dirty room.

better off sleeping in your car.

the location being right off the highway was the only good thing about this place

it was run down, wallpaper coming off the walls, toilet base was cracked, toilet kept running, tub was rusty, molding fell off the wall if you walked by it, half the lights in the room didn’t work and on top of all of that it was dirty. the floors hadn’t been swept and all of the sheets and towels were discolored with stains. the fact that we were charged extra for our dog is a joke. I hope whoever pocketed that had fun with it because they definitely don’t clean anything.

The rooms are clean and quiet. The front desk staff is very nice.

The lobby and hallways are pretty dirty and outdated. A little upkeep to match the cleanliness of the rooms would go a long way.

Horrible I want a refund

1 - the place was supposed to be a veranda hotel it was a clarion that was being remodeled no mention of any of this when we booked . 2- heat was turned off in the room the room never was at a comfortable temp. 3- TV had no remote 4- no phone in the room for front desk 5- the picture that was shown doesn’t even come close to what we stayed at
