Would never stay again!

The bathroom reaked of cigarette smoke and the elevator reaked of Marijuana. It was hard to even use the bathroom without gagging. The dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed, the bedding was strained, and the floor was filthy. It seems to be a very old building that they threw a face-lift on to appear new.

Nothing

Our room had roaches. The room was drab. Bare breakfast. Coffee with no creamer or milk. Curtains had holes in them. For $155 charge this hotel should have been better and offered more.

not as impressive as I used to stay before

first nite the room I was assign the toilet bowl is making so much annoying noise and fridge as well I couldn't get enough rest

The rooms had a full kitchen which was nice. It was clean and bed comfortable

The last night had someone upstairs that were jumping and rolling a ball on a hardwood floor from midnight to 4 am in the morning

Base camp during our move out of the area

Location, coffee, plenty of parking and the beds super comfy. Cheapest in the area. Plenty of electrical plugs & usb ports. For the most part it was quiet at night and we slept well.

Nothing extra in the kitchen area - you have to rent items. Total of 3 small roaches found only in bathroom. Awoke to fire alarm going off at 3am due to someone pulling it on 2nd floor. And no ice machine.

It is close to Long Beach Airport for our flight out. Guess services was very helpful in getting us in before 10am so we didn’t have to wait until 3pm

when we got out of the elevator, there was a lady passed out drunk, someone smeared feces on wall, there was feces down the hall from our room. We also found a few live roaches crawling around. After 3-4 hours, I went down wot get our Uber eats and again feces in the hallway. we should get some sort of compensation this was not worth $200 a night.

Overly aggressive staff not polite or inviting felt like I was under some kind of judgement couldn't understand why nothing like Veronica who went out her way to accommodate me.

the staff was unprofessional there was no top blanket on both beds only sheets when I asked for top blankets I was told there where no more until next day , I could have maybe turned the heat on but that also was out of commission only fan no AC or heater working in room bathtub was also clogged it was my birthday weekend I was very disappointed and embarrassed I was with a friend

Average place to stay, but I’ve stayed at better properties for less

location is great. close to major freeways and amenities.

this property is dated. the place smells of mildew and marijuana. the refrigerators are old and loud. the decor looks like it hasn’t been updated since 1982.

The staff was friendly

Once you walk inside It smelled a lot like smoke not good for kids the.. tub looked dirty… and they had cockroaches we checked the bed and mattress look really old and dirty
