Amazing
We were not expecting it to be so large. We were extremely impressed. We would highly consider staying there again.
Not knowing exactly where to check in as you do not just go to the door & put the code in to obtain the key.

This home was comfortable, clean and meet our expectations
Mt. Bachelor Village resort is a very nice location, it is offers trails for walking or cycling plus pool area. Great place to bring your family plus it is close to Bend. The Ski house #262 is comfortable and clean, quiet and nice surroundings, near to a pool. A nice fit for a group of 4.
Just a few small inconveniences with the house which need to be checked out by the host. The main lamp above the living room/ dinning area did not work (might need a new bulb). The big overhead fan in the loft area does not respond to the remote control. There is no way to control it. We could not find a frying pan in the kitchen. Otherwise, the kitchen has all of the necessities.

Won’t do it again.
Wasn’t made aware of breakfast.
Broken shower, no hot tub or pool, window covered in tape, no Wi-Fi, exposed wiring in two different cabinets. Microwave door broken, gas fireplace didn’t work. Ghetto.

Disappointed
Pool was close
Master bath shower didn't work. Coffee maker didn't work. Plastic wrap and scotch tape in window. No electrical plugs in kitchen. First plugged coffee maker into wall outlet and blew fuse which stopped AC- 107 degrees that day. Are you getting the picture. Avoid!!!

Superb
Quite, and cozy
When calling for help about electric circuit breakers ( no micro no dishwasher) we never got a call back and the fireplace was not in service😕

Needs attention to detail for multiple discrepancies, then will be acceptable lodging for the price.
We had stayed here before, so we knew what to expect. Looked like there was new flooring in the past 2 years. It was super quiet. For 2 people, there was plenty of room; with 6, it would be tight.
LOTS of things have been let go: fireplace does not work, DVD player won't play most discs (locks up with all discs), TV not connected to remote control, toaster barely works, wine glasses (two total, different sizes), plates, utensils are SORELY lacking and absolute hodge-podge -- could not feed 6 at once, one bulb out/one missing in a unit desperately asking for internal lighting, refrigerator sounds like it is about to die, clock stuck on 11:03, flushing mechanism in downstairs toilet needs repair so you don't have to reach in the tank (yuk!) to stop the flow, 1/2 -inch gap under front door so that floor is always cold. All of this could be fixed easily, and none is a deal-breaker, but all are annoying. The people at the front desk are of no help with unit issues since they don't work for Vacasa. Vacasa staff was not aware that the hot tub (no, not the hot tub!) is closed due to COVID-19.

Very poor
The location was good and I liked the convenience of parking right in front of the room.
The place was not clean, especially the floor. The fireplace was broken. We had to take 20 minutes to reprogram the tv. The dishes were dirty and very sparce, not a lot to work with. There are hardly any lights in the place, very dark and hard to see. The bed slanted to one side, very uncomfortable.
