The place was real nice just some minor issues

That both rooms had jetted tubs

That we couldn’t get in the cabin with code.. Jacuzzi didn’t work.. No broom.. too many spider webs. Steps on the porch not safe… Parking wasn’t so great

Other than that very nice cabin

Very Nice cabin plenty of room but has a very bad ant problem in master bathroom woke up toothbrush and toothpaste full of ants, AC doesn’t blow good upstairs

Insect problem ants all over counter in bathroom ,hot upstairs

the jacuzzi didn’t work, the pool table was worn out, the beds were hard, and the jetted tub had hair and mold coming out of the filter

nice location

had to wait 3 hours from regular check in time which was 4pm. then was told they would call when ready but never did we had to keep driving back and forth to home to see if cleaning people left the house. ask to stay later they couldn’t help us but gave $35 dollars off a 500 1 night stay. washer didn’t and dryer covered our clothes In lint. also blinds on front door were ripped and about to fall off.

Freezer didn't work lost food.Chair and table legs about to fall off.Upstairs bathroom fan don't work.Fan in living room doesn't work.

it was in a quiet and quaint location.. with easy access to the center of Pigeon Forge and close to Gatlinburg

the only down fall was that the ceiling fan in the living room did not work. Would be nice to fix that for others especially if it is a hot day out and you want to come in and cool off in the cabin.

Huge disappointment

the pool was nice and clean

no view, all furniture needs replaced and very uncomfortable. The kitchen table chairs and sofa u feel like u go straight to the floor, then there is just a cheap cover over it to cover all the tore up leather. The beds are hard as rocks. The dryer doesn’t dry anything the first time you have to run it 2 or 3 times. Hot tub handle is broken, dishwasher at the bottom is broken but will still run, the back porch has some panels broken in, and we had two incidents where cockroaches ran across the upstairs master bedroom. yes we let someone know from Vacasa and they said they would let the management know about it. My husband and I are federal employees and first responders so we only get one vacation a year and we decided to take my 80 year old grandparents with us this was just very disappointing to experience this as our vacation home.

We had a great time.

The cabin was very nice the Jacuzzi tub was full of mold shower heads were moldy . Everything else was great about our stay.

All the mold in the bathrooms.

Trash in yard Dishwasher broke Dryer broke Parking Been coming for 13 years for christmas... this was twice the price and not nearly as nice as other cabins we have stayed in.

Location bed was comfortable

Hot tub was small. There was no step stool to get up in hot tub . There was something leaking from the ceiling in lower bathroom ??

Everything else was great. Beds were so comfortable and we loved the rocking chairs on the porch

Location

Property was filthy. We had to got out and buy bed linens and cleaning supplies. Dryer did not work so we couldn’t wash clothes. They did not care about our complaints. I will never use them again. Pictures of cabin are very misleading.

Good

We loved the arcaded table and pool table. Once the hot tub got heated properly we really loved that and your big bath tub. The hot tub is positioned that even though there are other cabins close it is very private. Had everything we needed for our short trip.

The beds are really firm. The front blind was broken when we arrived. The drive way was very hard to back out of when other cabins had cars parked in front of them. The hot tub could use some instructions on how to set it to the correct temp.

The pool table, hot tub, could use another pizza pan for a family cabin.

The dryer took almost 2 hours to dry one load of clothes and the downstairs shower curtain has mildew/mold on the inside curtain.

It was in a convenient location with a full kitchen.

Not as advertised

The property seemed to be clean enough but had been misrepresented in the advertisement. Had nice dishes and the main tv and lower bedroom tv worked. Had a new coffee pot. That is about all I can say that is good.

First you had 19 steps to climb. The 19 steps were so bad that some of them had support blocks to hold them up. The banisters were very shaky. This was the only way into the cabin. No back entrance and no parking. The cabin was advertised to sleep 6 with 3 bedrooms. We only had 4 but needed the third bed. The cabin has 2 king beds. The 3rd bed is a little sofa right beside the pool table. It may be 12 inches off the floor and so rickety that an adult could not sit on it much less it be made into a bed. Maybe a small child could sleep on it but not comfortably. Shower curtain downstairs had half the rings missing. New shower curtain is needed. Blinds are in terrible shape. Looks like no upkeep on the cabin in a long time. The chairs in the kitchen were so bad that you couldn’t sit very long in them. The seats almost fell through and this was the only seating in the whole cabin except for a worn out sofa and chair that was covered with a slip cover to hide how worn out the furniture is. The picture shows a nice leather living room suite. The tv in the living room did work. The upstairs tv didn’t work at all. The hot tub is on the back porch surrounded by a concrete and dirt bank. No view at all and very dark. It was very spooky just to stand in the little screened in area, much less sit in the hot tub. The last thing we noticed was the rocking chairs were chained down. None of the other cabins had chained the porch furniture. Also, the trash bin was sitting right next to the rockers. Disgusting!!!Thankfully we only had a two night stay, but even with that we left a day early. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

We stay in the area every 4 to 6 weeks and decided to try this place out. Do not recomend

Hot tub inoperable, no power to it at all due to faulty breakers which also caused there to be no electricity in either bedroom or bathroom. Not one single offer to compensate or even apologize for inconvenience and lack of amenities, if you consider electricity an amenity. Unreal, for almost 300 per night .
