Muy bueno

Muy agradecida de la atencion, Nos atendio Sabrina y fue un 7 con nosotros, nos ofreció cambiarnos de habitacion si es que teniamos mucho frio y nos entrego mas frazadas, el desayuno super completo, la habitacion super limpia, de todas maneras recomiendo este lugar, super amable, e incluso nos ayudo con el traslado hacia el aeropuerto. Very grateful for the attention, Sabrina took care of us and was excellent with us, she offered to change our room if we were very cold and she gave us more blankets, the breakfast was super complete, the room was super clean, anyway I recommend this place, super friendly, and even helped us with the transfer to the airport.

Great place to relax close to bus station

Very nice staff, she gave us her number for anything we'd need, prepared us breakfast the night before so we could start our hikes super early, very kind. Room was comfortable and clean, heating was great and very calm vibe, family style. Very close to bus station which is very helpful although a bit far from town but everything is short distance in that charming little town.

Acogedor Big Bang Patagonia

Bonito lugar, acogedor y limpio. Cercano al terminal de buses. Cumple con el objetivo de estadía.

La verdad es que estuve muy poco tiempo como para decir que algo no me gustó. Cumplió el objetivo por el que fui.

Prime location and very helpful staff

Prime location.. The staff did an extra step to arrange a very early breakfast since we have to leave early even though it was not breakfast time. Very kind and helpful staff.

Very noisy location

The host was friendly.

The kitchen is not available. The dogs next door were barking all night. Bed was not comfortable. The dogs next door were intimidating, barks at you over the fence everytime you walked your room.

Nice little hostel with friendly staff. Great location, very close to bus station.

Very close to the bus station. Nice staff, however, not always very helpful regarding questions about surroundings. They were very flexible for the breakfast, we needed it early because of the bus schedule, and they accommodated us. Good little breakfast.

The neighbor's music and barking dog. No previous information about if we pay by credit card, we will have to pay the IVA.

Superb

Both Patricia and Kathia were nice to talk to and provided any assistance required. The room was comfortable with private bathroom. All the amenities like supermarket and restaurants were at reasonable distance. Bus terminal is about 5 minutes away. Buses go to Torres Del Paine, Punta Arenas and El Calafate which was important to us as well. Pier is also about 5 minutes away for pictures. All in all I am happy with the comfort of Big Bang Patagonia:)

excellent value for money, nice short walk to bus station and city. facilities are clean, hot water, good wifi, nice breakfast and staff are friendly. highly recommend.

get what you pay for .

for the money, just about adequate. Just a five minute walk from the bus station is great if arriving by bus .

it did take us half an hour to gain entry that got sorted in the end. there is noisy in the night with local dogs, barking .

There are nicer places

Clean comfortable beds and hot showers. Towels provided were clean and fresh.

We were told over messaging service on Booking.com as well as during check in that we could leave our bags here whilst doing the O trek. Unfortunately on the morning of check out we were told by the lady at breakfast that it was not possible as we were not staying again after the trek and there would be no staff to give us our bags when we returned at night. This meant we had to forgo breakfast (already no effort was made to give us an earlier breakfast or to provide a packed breakfast even after we explained that we had to catch the 7am bus to start our trek) in order to run with our big packs to the hostel we were staying at the end to leave them there. This experience was really disappointing given everyone knows why people come to Puerto Natales - to do trekking. It makes you feel the staff/owners of this hostel do not really care about their guests. I wish I could have given our custom to the other hostel we stayed at the end of our trek who were super understanding and nice. Lastly, as some other reviews have mentioned, the price quoted on booking.com was not what we were charged at the hostel. It wasn’t a big difference but definitely more than what we were expecting to pay. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Decent, comfortable stay but cheaper options elsewhere

nice warm place, walking distance of downtown

The lady who operates the place is really sweet but limited use of English. So you have to deal with her daughter who isn’t very responsive or even if she commits to doing something will forget. They also overcharged - as an international I should not have been charged VAT but I was. This was my last in stay in Chile and every place in Chile seems to have a different interpretation of when they charge VAT vs not. While they do try their best to help, if you have other options to book tours/taxis, recommend to use that instead.

Good location. Good shower. Overall a decent no thrills stay. Ultimately we were there for hiking so this worked for us.

Neighbours dogs very loud and bark any time anyone went near the fence. Also barked late into the night.

really great staff, super friendly, super supportive and generous. I really liked how accommodating they were and was the reason I came to that hostel as per my friends recommendation.
