Staff was great. Location was perfect. Close enough yet far enough from the chaos. Breakfast was very good.
The ONLY thing i would note is that our room was near the kitchen.Early in the morning it woke me up but luckily i was able to go back to sleep.

Pleasant and helpful staff; fair sized and attractive room. Location had great character yet was convenient for sights and public transport. Breakfast quite good.
Room was cold - was told heating did not work, but offered portable heater. Sometimes water was very cool. Antiquated lift alarming at first, as was situation on a very narrow, dark alley - but one got used to these!

Location and the staff at front desk were amazing.
Extremely poor AC in all rooms and ants in 2 out of 3 rooms. Canal view from suite was terrible.
