Great location and easy access to transport if required; can literally walk everywhere anyway. nice, simple, and good choice of breakfast; lovely, quaint rooms.
More! pillows would have been nice, but i could have just asked, so thats on me!

Very helpful staff, something which became useful several times.
Quiet surroundings.
Classy interior.
Gluten-free packs were offered for breakfast.
Despite the reception being in the third floor, only a very slow luggage elevator was available.
Breakfast eggs were very badly made, both the scrambled and the boiled ones.
When we were checking out, the receptionist was absent for for a long time.

Location and the staff at front desk were amazing.
Extremely poor AC in all rooms and ants in 2 out of 3 rooms. Canal view from suite was terrible.
