absolutely nothing

how u potray it on the pictures nothing like it floors are squeaky bathrooms are jus slippery no safety had to wait a very long time to get the room evn after talking to the manager saying i will arrive early nd said i will evn hv breakfast nd come yet my room wasn't ready i was already tired by the time i got the room horrible experience

Overall, the stay was satisfactory.

The resort location is good and the way the cottages are designed is also good. we especially liked the size of the room, and the way it has been designed. The restaurant area is also well designed and you can choose where you want to sit. in a gazebo like area, under the tree or on the first floor overlooking the sea. The room comes with a mini fridge and I coulld get food from outside too. The music in the restaurant area is not loud and you have enough privacy from the other rooms too.

The restaurant can be better. The quality and taste of the food needs improvement and the service time and responsiveness also needs improvement. If the restaurant was atleast half good I wound't have stepped out 3 times a day and looking for options. The house keeping need to work against a checklist and not just go about their job. They kept missing things on a daily basis. There is no proper communciation between office and house keeping on the check-in/checkout times and the number of guests. The support staff and Front office should also pickup seriousness when a complaint is raised. The mini fridge was not wroking and even after repeated complaints it was not looked in to. Only after raising it with the owner did they react and that too without applying any thought. Out of 7 nights of my stay the fridge was not working for 5 nights . My main purpose of the fridge was to store injections for my wife that needed to be below certain temperature. This was even after payment was done in full and I was not even given a chance to see the room before the full payment. I was chasing people for reminding them of their job and this impacted my quality time spent with my family. There is no seriousness shown by the front office till the night before my checkout. I think I overpayed for such an experience. Just a big room does not justify the rent I paid.

Great option to enjoy forest type stay that too not far from beach area.

Room privacy was above expectations. Cleanliness as expected. Staff is very helpful.

Don't book your stay at La La Land

Staffs are good, food is good , though price is very high. Jungle type ambience Palolem and Patnem beach are nearby.

Privacy is totally compromised in the rooms, any body can look inside the rooms through the door glasses as curtains are placed outside. Walls are made of thin plywoods , sound can easily pass through . Wooden floors are broken in places, they just cover it with small carpets , accident can happen at any time. No TV, No breakfast , AC is not working .

Good place, right next to Patnem beach and 15 minute walk from Palolem. Samrath was great and very helpful.

They should add some hooks or towel hangers in the washroom.

Average experience

The resort has a beautiful ambience and is situated close to the beach (approx 2 min walk). The restaurant too has a nice view to the beach. The A/C in the rooms was still operational when there was no power in the area.

I am not sure about the other properties in the area but the room was not what we expected. Firstly only UPI / Cash payment was accepted or there was 12% extra charge on the card payment. The room construction seemed temporary and plywood floors had a sharp tilt / angle. There were big black ants in the the bathroom and one even bit me. The shower too did not have sufficient pressure. The rooms had a good size but the overall quality was very average. The restaurant too seemed expensive compared to the quality of the food.

We are definitely will come back again.

Nice designed and very comfortable place. Separate cottages are the best way to spend a time in 100m from sea. Ideal solution for family with children - you can choose cottage with TWO bedrooms, one for adults, one for children. Staff are awesome helpful and polite. Within two weeks they becomes a best friends for our 7 years old son. Wifi quality is good, nothing special but just works. Wifi coverage includes public places and rooms. All cottages are different in style, location and condition, you can choose. Common areas between reception and cottages are very cozy and safe. Ideal for children attended playing. During our stay kitchen was disabled, but we can use next door restaurant (two minutes steps from our door), with delivery of everything next to our door - even it coffee at morning or pasta at late evening. Aircondition working well, water pressure is very good. Bed linen and so on is just okay, white and clean. Very comfortable bed mattresses in all cottages (we was in three cottages during our stay).

All the little issues during our stay was immediately fixed and repaired, you can feel free to ask anything from staff any moment.

The service is pathetic the washroom flush was not working as the customer we only fixed the issue multiple times to make it work even after telling the service boy and at reception about the issue they didn’t even fix it.the name of the hotel is just to attract the crazy vibe but in reality its not gud at all specially the bathroom
