Area with parking, restaurant, mini golf, playground, and flamingos, of course!
Friendly staff.
Unusual interior solutions (at least in my room).
No air conditioning - this could be a problem this summer.
Breakfast is a little sparse.
But all of this is not critical, and the hotel is a really good option.

Great value for money. Highly appreciated was the free access to fitness and SPA areas. Clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff and wonderful gastronomy opportunities. Recommend the Chateaubriand (43.-) or Angus Beef (at about the same price).

Returning guests to this place, close to Bienne. The tropical restaurant nearby, the mini-golf and little zoo is very enjoyable. The rooms, in particular the family room are very comfortable. The place is very quiet during the night.
The rooms could have a quick cleaning before check-in. There was a lot of dust on the floor. Since we are returning guests we notice a slight reduction of the quality in general (which is not that bad, but just to let know the staff). Breakfast (inside) was visited by a lot of wasps (at least 10-20 in the room) which infested the pots of jam, the cold meat and drinks. This could have been avoided if the door was not opened before the opening of the breakfast! The breakfast in general is very basic with basic quality products.
