Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from the picturesque Higgs Beach area, you'll be able to take advantage of street parking and walk to all of the hot spots with ease. Take a few panoramic pictures of the Southernmost Point before heading over to one of the nearby dining spots on Duval Street for a mouthwatering meal. Wander through the grounds of Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park, then work on your tan by the shared pool. Inside, you can relax while you surf the cable channels, or stream some music with the free WiFi. Reheat some leftovers in the small kitchenette, then step out on the patio to enjoy an island-style cocktail. Treat yourself and your special someone to a romantic getaway when you book your stay at this Florida retreat. The family dog is also welcome to join you here for an additional nightly fee. *Please note that last-minute bookings cannot be made online. Contact Vacasa for details. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Nothing fancy. Hang like a local in this adorable cottage with a patio and pool at your fingertips. Fun and easy. Loved it.

This location is great for catching trolley or going to the beach. If you rent this property be aware of the pool pump outside,its next to the cottage. In the cottage , it's behind the bed and hummed all night. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the top of the blind mount that were dirty, it was black. We enjoyed the pool. There is a gas grill but we did not use it. There is a convenience store ablock down the street. The area felt cozy. My husband eants to rent again.

The property is great for walking to all the points of interest. This property is well maintained. The space is adequate but could use some minor tweaks which I notified management about.

The place was very clean and the pool lovely. Close to Southern most point and Duval. Private entrance for residents only was very good. Highly recommend this bungalow style accommodations. We are looking forward to returning to Key West and staying here!

What a perfect location - rent a golf cart from up the road and enjoy all the island has to offer - this was a perfect location. Pool was really nice to relax and step away. We were in for a long weekend and will come back again for sure!

The only problem was on the last night AC was not doing the job. I think it was the compresser kick off at 71° and coming back on at 75°. This went on until 4:00 am before it cool down

We enjoyed our stay in the poolside paradise. The location was great. It’s just a few blocks from the southernmost point buoy. The pool was great to cool off in! There’s an ice cream/donut food truck and a place called lobster shack which were super close and delicious for poolside treat/snack. We rented bikes to get over to Mallory Square. Saved us from paying for parking. We spent a lot of time outdoors. That’s why the room worked out for us. The poolside paradise is not very large, but has what you need to sleep/shower. My only complaints are that there was no Roku/firestick for streaming, there was loud pool partying at 2am that woke me up (one night) and the room did get warm at times. We kept the bathroom door shut to keep it cooler through the day and night.

We enjoyed our stay, the property was private and just what we needed. The listing lead us to believe it was located right where everything happened but we were actually on the opposite side of the island from where everything happened. That was ok just not what we thought. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a cute studio that is two blocks from Duval. Nice and quiet, but not far from the action. Unit was very clean and so was the pool. Check in and out was super easy.

Was in town for the Key Western Fest and this place was a great location to everything. Clean, safe and cozy. Pool was the perfect temperature and the office staff and owner were so kind. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location, the warm pool, the nice people. The bed was comfortable and the towels were plush. It was a surprise to have a free washer and dryer and laundry soap supplied. I encourage you to add towel racks in the bathroom and kitchen area, a soap dish in the shower, and a luggage rack. There is a slow drain in the bathroom sink, the toilet runs from time to time, and the floor tile grout should be cleaned. We enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs on the porch and the lighting around the porch and the pool.

We stayed in a Vacasa property in Key West. The place was fine but we had maintenance issues from the moment we arrived. We reached out to Vacasa via email and phone but no help came until we found a building owner who got them to fix our problems on day 4 or our 5 day stay. I will never use Vacasa in Key West again.

I really liked having the pool outside especially as the weather was very hot. I also liked the location far enough away from the business of Duvall but not too far to walk. Very clean!! Only comment is central air would be nice wall unit can’t keep up with the heat.

The bed is super comfortable and the AC unit was a wonderful touch. The Vacasa team really does an amazing job at up-keeping this unit. The cottage was well maintained and well stocked. The surrounding units looked in great shape and it was just as the pictures show. It was such a nice addition to have a shared pool only between the Vacasa renters as you could meet people also on vacation and share good stories, which is what we did here. I had a wonderful vacation due to the Vacasa team that maintains these units because everything exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Cant wait to come back to Key West.
