Wundervolle Ausstattung und Atmosphäre.
Ruhezonen, Waldnähe. Pool und Naturteich zum Schwimmen. Familien- und Paar- freundlich, da auch aufgeteilte Essbereiche/Schwimmzeiten. Spielecken.
Sehr durchdachte Ausstattung. Sehr freundliches Personal.

War zum 2. Mal da. War wirklich toll wie immer. Der neue Wellnessbereich ist fantastisch und das Restaurant ist mega. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.
WLan funktioniert in den Zimmer nur bedingt.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Kostenloses Zimmerupgrade nach Reklamation.
Die Badausstattung im Zimmer war veraltet im Vergleich zu dem, was wir gebucht haben. Das Zimmer war nicht geheizt.
Trotz Wissen um unsere Hochzeit am Vortag keine Glückwünsche. Kein individueller, persönlicher Umgang mit den Gästen.
Die Beurteilung der Zimmerdetails bezieht sich auf das ursprünglich gebuchte, nicht auf das Upgrade.
