Molto piacevole poiché la posizione ha facilitato ogni spostamento

La posizione strategica

Il letto della stanza matrimoniale, piccolo e scomodo, con i piumini che non arrivavano a coprire i piedi. Inoltre, ho sentito un po’ freddo e non ci aspettavamo non ci fosse il bidet nel bagno. In ogni caso gli aspetti positivi hanno superato questi piccoli inconvenienti. Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità di antonio e il prezzo mi pare imbattibile per quello che offre.

Antonio was very informative and helpful. The location is very good, metro is right there and so is the city center. Apartment was very clean and tidy though I would say maybe more practical than atmospheric. There's everything you need also for longer stay. A plus for bedroom curtains which gave opportunity to make the bedroom very dark. We had a really good time there and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Sounds from the streets come inside almost as the windows would be open. This didn't really bother us, but might be something to consider for someone. We could have use a bigger frying pan.

Lovely flat in the heart of Madrid ♥️

The apartment is really nice and cozy, well furnished, the kitchen is very well equipped, the Wi-Fi connection works great and the bed is super comfy! Short walking distance from the city centre, you can reach all the most famous tourist spots in 10-15 minutes walk. Lively neighbourhood. The app system instead of the keys is really cool and avoids the host to wait for late guests. On the other hand, Antonio is just a WhatsApp message away.

There's nothing that I didn't like, but just a couple of suggestions for improvement: in the summer, there could be a fan available, since the air conditioning is only in the living room. And 2 towels / person (1 big, 1 small) would have been great. But these are totally minor things :)

Exceptional

The apartment is central, close to all you could need from food to shopping to culture. We enjoyed the air conditioner during a heatwave when we were staying. It is very close to Sol and Plaza Major. Plenty of good coffee, lunch and dinner options. It is in walking distance of Prado, etc... While visiting the local metro was being upgraded and not working but know from previous visits, it makes travel to anywhere in Madrid very efficient. Antonio's instructions were clear.

Spacious apartment, great location and everything as advertised.

Spacious, (in particular the living area), extremely clean and no clutter. Excellent location and a pod coffee machine is provided with adequate pods.

Nothing, although I found the bed too soft, although my partner liked the bed.

a very enjoyable stay in Madrid

it had everything you need, good wifi, cooking facilities are ok. close to a Metro station and very central. the host was very welcoming and helpful

Very good

Excellent location, the apartment is close to the major attractions of the city. The apartment is well-maintained and clean. Very functional kitchen and super comfy beds.

The only downside was not being able to use the shower all three of us before we left. After only one of us managed to wash, there was no more hot water. We didn’t know the boiler needed more time to reheat the water.

Superb

The apartment is great all round.

The noise is a very real issue, and it shouldn't be under estimated, we did at first! Maybe the host can provide some earplugs? We bought some, and the noise issue at night was solved.

Exceptional

Location is great! Very close to metro station Tirso de Molina, in a walking distance to main museums in Madrid. Many very good restaurants and bars in the environment. Carrefour and Lidl shops just 3 minutes to get fresh rolls for breakfast. Very well equipped appartment to feel comfortable while staying out of home. And... very helpful and communicative owner Antonio, who gave us keys and many useful tips. One of best accomodations ever and I travel a lot.

We loved it as it was a part of a local life but if you want to have a quiet night, do not book on Saturday/Sunday night or... take ears' plugs..

Excellent location, host and facilities highly recommend!!

Antonio was amazing! very helpful with information, places to visit and eat. Fantastic location within easy walking distance to all the main attractions and shopping areas. The apartment was impeccable - clean, neat, tidy and modern with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed stayed here.

Bedroom was directly above entry door to the building and one of the tenants loved to slam the door late at night.

Fantastic - convenient, everything you need and lovely host.

The apartment was perfect - excellent location within walking distance to central sights and public transport. Very clean, enough space for 4 of us for a short trip with sofa beds. Very good communication from the host and he was very accommodating. Great, easy place to stay in Madrid. Thank you!

nothing - it was loud, but that is to be expected for such a central location! We had a fantastic stay and would come again.

Perfect location and best host ever! Highest marks and recommendations!

Very good location and very good host. My husband asked to help him to arrange me a surprise with flowers because of my birthday and Antonio made it all at his kind expense. I was so happy as a child! Everything in apartments is clean and comfortable for short and long stay. So my highest recommendations!

Very clean and comfortable apartment, conveniently located near city center. The host was very helpful with recommendations.

Would be good to have a softer/slimmer pillow as an alternative (depending on personal preference).

First time in Madrid

Antonio was very kind and waited for us at the apartment, even though we were later then anticipated. Also he allowed us a later checkout. The location was great, 10-20 minutes stroll to most major attractions. Overall a nice stay, and would stay there again.

I didn’t sleep very well, not due to noise, but pillows could be upgraded.

Great location for exploring Madrid

Great location for exploring Madrid. Short walk to all the main neighborhoods and a couple of supermarkets along the street. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with good Wifi and a decent shower. Antonio was a friendly and welcoming host.

Aircon not particularly effective so a bit warm in the height of summer.

In the heart of Madrid

Nice apartment in the center of Madrid. Our host Jose was very welcoming, was waiting for us at the apartment, gave us useful tips and info about everything we asked about, he even left us some food in the fridge. Beds very comfy, apartment equipped with everything that most of us will need, modern bathroom, clean. Location is very central, everything is available at walking distance, ideal starting point for exploring the city.

Nothing related to apartment, but actually result of apartment's location. During weekend days there were a lot of drunken and loud people passing (and shouting) under the apartment windows throughout the night until early morning hours which was waking us all up. On working days it is pretty much quiet.
