Comfortable room and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was great.
Thw room I stayed in was on the ground floor and although it had net curtains; it needed either a blind or for the curtains to extend the full length. The light from the road and security light affected my sleep and privacy.

This place is an embodiment of hospitality, we immediately felt at ease. Our room was luxurious - spacious, spotlessly clean, very elegantly decorated. Breakfast was 10/10 with a great selection of both Scottish and Continental dishes. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location. Very comfortable.
Member of our party has mobility issues. The property looks like all ground level units. However, we booked a family room which turned out to be on the first floor. When I asked if there were any other rooms was told this was the room I booked. I tried to explain our issue with the room, the lady was not interested.
