Located in New Braunfels, this charming condo for $235 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Serendipity Vacation Rentals takes your personal health and safety very seriously. We will continue to keep our homes available for any guests wanting to book a get away to escape. We would like to put your mind at ease with the precautions we are taking to ensure you can relax and rejuvenate with us! We have taken the extra precautions to disinfect our homes for your safety. All hard surfaces, handles, facets, kitchen appliances, utensils, and bed linens have been extra sanitized. River Run Condos are located on the Comal River directly across from the Landa Park Golf Course. This individual unit is completely remodeled with all new appliances, flooring, ceiling fans, tile bathrooms, and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need. Our unit has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and tv, the other with queen bed and a tv. The living room has a sofa and a flat screen TV. All TVs are smart TVs with assorted apps capability. The balcony has a view of the river, and guests have direct access to the river from the property. There are two tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. A beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and picnic tables are all located by the river as well for all guests. Also available for guests are two parking spaces, 4 wristbands, elevator access to the unit, and free wi-fi. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on the garage level under the unit. Parking passes are required for all cars who park at the River Run complex. Our unit is given 2 parking passes. If more is needed please request before your arrival. If you do not request before your arrival we can not give additional passes. If you park in the complex without a pass your car will be towed at your expense. There is free parking outside the complex gate. However there are limited spots so there may be none available. Rates, descriptions, bed sizes, furnishings, property grounds, etc., may change without warning. We strive to maintain everything in good working order, but we are under no obligation to provide refunds for the failure or absence of any amenity or utility. Nearby Attractions: The Prince Solms Tube Chute is a ten minute float down from River Run. Other attractions are just a short drive away. Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas. Schlitterbahn Water Park is also very close and allows visitors to park free and bring in their own coolers. Downtown New Braunfels and Wurstfest are within walking distance, and the town of Gruene is a ten minute drive. San Marcos, a twenty minute drive from River Run, has two large outlet malls. Austin is a 45 minute drive, and San Antonio is a twenty minute drive.

No one staying in these condos should expect a relaxing weekend -- the area is noisy (we were told quiet hours start at 10pm when we checked in but people were partying in the pool well past 2am), the beds are uncomfortable, and the condo needs some serious updating. But the location is perfect and we spent the whole time on the river anyway so the rest didn't really matter.

The condo was nice and clean great location, the beds were comfortable but the living room needs a sleeper sofa the futon was awful. The property was nice and well keep enjoyable trip.

This place was great! View of river from the front and back. 2 tubing companies(Texas Tubes and Landa River Trips $25) right next door or bring your own tubes. Property has private access to get into river with tubes. It's about a 20-30 minute float to the tube shoot. Restaurants within 3 miles of Property. We enjoyed Alphine House and Naegelin (the oldest bakery in Texas). 37 minutes to San Antonio riverwalk. The Property having a pool and hot tub is an added bonus for after dinner activities. Beds were comfortable. Futon was not comfortable. Bring your own pillows. Owner was very prompt in answering questions. There's a binder that has info on area(restaurants, must sees, etc) Check out duties were simple. I would definitely book here the next time!

We had a great time at this property. Great location to float the river or go downtown. The swimming pool and hot tub top this place off perfectly. The only complaint i could make is the length of time it takes to get your deposit back, 2weeks.

Great family fun! This was a great location! Right on the comal river, they have a community salt water pool and hot tub.They had everything we needed for cooking. The place was clean and comfortable. If you stay here try Muck & Fuss, Amazing food and you can walk there!!

It was a nice stay that we enjoyed. We were 5 ladies there for a BFF weekend. The seating was very limited and not very comfortable. Also, the listing says that it sleeps 6. I wouldn't really say that. There's a king bed, a queen and a pull out. So be aware of your sleeping needs. It's a place that seems to be furnished with all the leftovers that someone had. Convenient to a lot of landmarks and good communiction.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised. We asked for early check in and it was accommodated with no push back, enacting us to thoroughly enjoy the pool. As others have mentioned the pull out was very uncomfortable but served its purpose for the night. The water is HOT, even after all of us took a shower. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great family facility where you can walk right down to swim or tube in the River or just take a dip in the pool. This unit, though, needs attention. It just wasn't clean when I arrived. The day before, the property managers let me know the dishwasher door had just broken. I would have appreciated greater attention to all the details: the walls and floors weren't clean, and the second bedroom was furnished like a dive hotel. We had a great time, anyway. But with plenty of other choices in this quaint and comfortable town, I would recommend another.

We had a great time and really liked the condo. The only downside was the pullout couch. Our friends were hurting when they woke up from it being so uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great!

New Braunfelds was the perfect respite from all the crowds in San Antonio. As much as we love our Jayhawks Basketball, it was nice to come to a place we had room to stretch, relax and rest. Everything was just as described and everything was at our fingertips. Rules were very clear and we very much appreciated the extra time you allowed us to check out. The Comal river setting was lovely.

Best place to stay if you want to be right on the river. Very close to everything. However if your tall use the master bath, the guest shower is short. We did forget an iPad and they were nice enough to mail it to us. Thanks again it was a great experience for our Canada relatives too.

The condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of room with a cute balcony, shaded in the evenings. Walking distance to tube rentals, river, food and drinks. I plan to stay here again, just might go during the week or off season when kids are in school. Nothing not to love except the July heat. Lol.
