Situated in Mammoth Lakes, this lovely house for $625 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Beauty surrounds you inside and out in this luxury 3 bedroom townhouse on the golf course. Incredible 180 degree mountain views from every window of the Sherwin Mountains, The White Mountain and the golf course. The large living room, fully outfitted kitchen, dining area and master bedroom have mountain and golf views, the other areas have a direct view of Mammoth Mountain. High end luxury details throughout the entire home. * 2 Master Suites with En-suite Bathrooms * 2 Large and Separate Living Spaces * Children's Room with 2 sets of bunk beds * Master Suite Upstairs has a King Bed and Gas Burning Fireplace * Master Bedroom Downstairs has Queen Bed * Second floor has a loft room with a pull out queen air mattress sofa bed with Apple TV, perfect for the kids. *Ample supply of firewood in the two car garage for living room wood burning fireplace. *Outdoor deck, off the kitchen, has a BBQ and a seating arrangement - perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. In addition, there are several guest parking spots within steps to our front door. There is a new BBQ on the deck overlooking the golf course and The Sherwin Mountain Range. We have bikes, sleds and portable camp chairs in the garage available for guest use (at their own risk). The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home, along with a regular drip coffee maker, crock pot, rice maker and waffle iron. Other amenities include: full laundry room, extra large jacuzzi in the complex and a free shuttle stop very close which takes you into town or to the slopes. Our home comfortably sleeps 8. The home was just as nice as we remembered it! It's in a great area, large and roomy and comfortable for grandparents, parents and grandkids. My favorite spot is the rear deck looking out over the golf course with my morning coffee. The primary bedroom has the same gorgeous view. Communication with the owner is swift and helpful. The house is very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfy and the house is very clean.

The condo was clean and very well stocked with everything that we needed to cook and be comfortable for 8 people. The sleds and games provided were a plus. We had a wonderful time exploring Mammoth with this condo as our base. Our only recommendation would be tvs in the bedrooms. Overall, extremely satisfied with our experience.

My family of 4 and my brother’s family of 4 had a very comfortable stay at this lovely cabin. There was plenty of room to relax, there was everything we could need to prepare meals and eat together, the shuttle stop to the slopes is not far, and the cousins (ages 10, 6 and 2) had a blast sleeping in the room with bunk beds and playing outside. I look forward to staying here again.

This is a beautifully decorated home. We found it to be very clean and very well stocked with all kinds of useful items. The master bedroom and bath were spacious and lovely. The bedrooms are spaced out so there is privacy for everyone. The loft area was perfect for anyone who wanted to slip away to curl up on the couch and read a book or for my daughter-in-law to attend to some work business at the desk. The laundry room is large with a great washer and dryer. Although the owner leaves a car in the garage, there is still room for one car, though we just parked two cars on the driveway. It was useful to have an easy entry in and out of the house through the garage and an easy place to drop our dirty shoes and fishing gear as we came and went. There were also extra parking spots right there too. Our favorite thing about the house was the deck outside the kitchen/dining room. The view across the golf course and on to the mountains is spectacular. We all spent hours sitting on the outdoor furniture enjoying the view, watching the clouds blow across the sky, spotting deer and squirrels, watching golfers play through and discussing life in general. Special memories with our two young grandsons that won't be forgotten by any of us.

We are frequent mammoth visitors and the Snowcreek area is always our favorite. This particular property is perfect. A lot of privacy, views but also located near everything we love (golf, hiking trails, town, bike paths etc). The home was perfectly maintained with amenities that made us feel like we were at “home”. Looking forward to returning !

Excellent Family Stay in Mammoth

We had an incredible Spring Break stay at this house in Mammoth last week. The house was exactly like it looks online and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful both before and during our visit. It was perfect for our group and the kids (ages 5-8) had an absolute blast sledding in the backyard and we all had a great time skiing up on the mountain and exploring the area. We'd absolutely recommend the house to others looking for a family-friendly mountain getaway. All the stars!

This property is perfection in Mammoth. The location is close to town but also feels secluded and private sitting on the golf course and a few steps from the Mammoth bike path. The home itself is beyond stocked and immediately felt like home. The smart TVs, the comfy furniture and beds, the BBQ, the deck overlooking the mountains and the golf course made this a very enjoyable trip for our family of 4!

Great rental for families

Our stay was great! We had 2 families 5 little kids total. There was plenty of room to sleep and play. The house is very close to a lot of activities. We fished, hiked, went on the tram to name a few. It was also very accommodating if you want to stay in and cook. Us adults enjoyed wine on the patio after the kids went to bed and the sunrise if your up early enough is amazing! We definately would like to rent again.
