Excelente localização, o Apartamento superou todas as expetativas, bem equipado e muito muito confortável, ótimo para quem viaja com crianças, muito acolhedor. O André foi super atencioso. Recomendo e espero lá voltar.

Short stay but noisy

The apartment spaces are excellent. And clean and very good security system. The person was very helpful.

It's very noisy neighborhood because it's on main street missing some curtains.

Bene l'appartamento, male il proprietario

the apartment is quite nice, apart from the beds not comfortable, no bath kit, water or coffee capsules welcome, but it was not a problem.

The conduct of the owner was to say the least unclassifiable. We arrived without having paid the security deposit, which, reading other reviews, was not explained clearly (a customer may not even read the chat Booking after paying for the apartment). We call, no one answers. We write on the Booking chat asking for info, we are told to go and read the various mails sent previously. We pay immediately and then ask what to do to get the info needed to enter. Reply: if you were in a hurry, you could have thought about it before! I suggest to the owner to take a course of good manners, because I have to assist clients in difficulty for work, and if I answered so, I would be fired after less than a week. I accompany this review with the parts of the dialogue I had, so as not to be accused of being a liar. Summary, apartment rating 7, owner’s attitude rating 0, so the rating is also better than the arithmetic average.

Great Apartment in Lisboa with access to the metro.

The apartment was beautifully appointed and was in an accesible location although far from the main attractions of Lisboa, even as there is a very near Metro Station. But that is the way the city is so no complaints about that.

The refund of the deposit was made to an email account that I used when I booked but not to the PayPal account from it was made and, when I told them about the mistake they told me that it was already done and I could not be canceled and sent to my PayPal account. I had to make some arrangements with PayPal in order to get the money back. Try to use the email on your PayPal account when you book so you don't have this problem.

Very good

The place is in a renovated building, it feels safe for families, a lot of space, 2 bedrooms and additional 2 beds in the living room, big dining table, the house is clean and ready for us, parking available on site. We had a laundry machine there and a kitchen with all electronic devices.Instructions were clear and detailed, allowing us to enter quickly and late in the evening. Kids had good internet and netflix available.In the area there were a lot of grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations and restaurants.All in all, value for money it is a great place for families that travel.

The facility inside the house can be improved a bit for travelers, i know that things cost money, but when you travel, you need basic things and in small amount, like laundry powder, coffee, oil, toilet paper, no need much, a small amount will be enough for a few days and will complitly chnage the experiance, also the kitchen facility can be extend a bit for cooking.

We would choose somewhere else to stay next time.

The location near the airport was good. The apartment space was generous.

some outlets did not work. The apartment had furniture for an infant and extra beds in the living room. There were lots of cleaning supplies and extra stuff visible. It was not a luxury feel--not like the photos online. NO breakfast coupons were left for us on the table. The building and area seemed deserted in the evening. The towels were very thin and minimal. This apartment needs a lot of refurbishing.

Stuck paying $33 in transaction fees for $300 deposit. No A/C. Spacious & clean otherwise.

Lots of space, the apartment was clean, and nicely decorated. Had a full kitchen and laundry room. Thankfully there were fans in the bedrooms, we didn't realize there was no air conditioning. Location is midpoint between airport and the touristy part of Lisbon. Was 4 Euro Uber ride to the airport. It was fairly quiet with the windows open at night.

Didn't realize there was no AC. Beds were quite hard, ended up using the couch cushions on the bed for extra padding. It's far from the heart of Lisbon, definitely a few subway stops away, but if you want a large apartment, it's a fair compromise. I didn't see anything in the listing, or our confirmation about a 300 Euro security deposit. I got a text message a few hours before arriving asking to send 300 Euro via paypal for a fully refundable deposit. I reluctantly sent the deposit via PayPal friends and family to avoid fees. We checked out, host agreed to full refund, but with PayPal fees, we were short changed $33. It should be made clear in the booking that a deposit is required. If the seller agrees to 100% refund, they need to actually refund 100%. I'm stuck paying $33 in fees because they use PayPal. It's a small dollar amount, but it's the principle of honoring their word, and now I've been wasting my time texting back and forth with the host several times today. It feels a bit dishonest of them to say the deposit will be refunded in full. Trying to not let my frustration overshadow the positive things about the property.

an excellent spacious 2 bed/ bathroom flat, great location, easy to get in to Lisbon centre and airport. kitchen facilities were good. very helpful host. would recommend

Superb

The location is very good, right next to the metro station in a pleasant neighborhood. The self check-in was seamless, super easy. Also it's not far from the airport. Thank you a lot for the list of places nearby! We used it to find supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is big, modern and comfortable. The bedroom was quiet. Nice living room with a TV with YouTube, our kid was happy to watch cartoons in the morning. The security deposit was returned next day after check-out via Revolut, all went smooth! Good and fast communication with the host. Very helpful. I would stay here again, if I come to Lisbon next time:) highly recommend!

It would be nice to add some small things to make the stay exceptional, not that we "didn't like", but good to improve: - we were missing kitchen towels, at least the paper ones could help; - there were mosquitos in the night, so had to sleep with the closed door to the bedroom, not sure where they were coming from, since we didn't open any windows. Anti-mosquito devices in the bedrooms would be great to have; - no shower gel in the bathroom, but luckily we had it with us; - there was coffee, but not sugar and tea. Not a big deal, but pleasant addition.

the man who opened us apartment wasn`t very friendly - collect money for deposit and tourist tax which he didn`t pay as he did not ask for documents or even names... Kitchen was very poor equiped, unpossible to prepaire meal (only one dish), only one towel/person for all days, not enough toilet paper (we had to bought it). When I kindly mentioned taht one towel is not sufficient he started to explain how cheap our stay in appartment is, how expensive that appartment is, how many properties he has...

Arreiro apartment

Fabulous apartment, light and airy. Close to city and metro. Proprietor really friendly and helpful. Spike perfect English. Parked car in underground car park which was very safe.
