About this condo rental
Nestled in Snowmass Village, this lovely condo for $199 per night is a great option for your next vacation. With direct ski-in, ski-out access, this first-floor studio condominium is the perfect mountain retreat for the avid skier or snowboarder. Featuring a queen bed, queen pull-out sofa, full kitchen & wood-burning fireplace, we welcome you to your own personal and cozy mountain retreat. After a busy day on the mountain, unwind in our on-site, two tier hot tubs. Perfect for families of four, romantic getaways, or ski trips with friends. Laurelwood 402 is located in the heart of Snowmass Village - you are just steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more. Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking. Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $16.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival. On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly. We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember! Great condo!
Very spacious condo with great supplies! On the same floor as the parking so it was easy to unload and load luggage. The mattress of the bed and the sofa bed are both very comfortable which is rare in vacation rentals. The only thing I wish I could have prepared better is to bring quarters with me. We arrived late on Sunday hoping to do laundry. The machine can only be operated by quarters and the office and the grocery store and gas stations were all closed.

We have stayed here before and will again. It is about 100 ft from the ski hill so great in and out. We love the property.
Only issue was the kitchen cleaning supplies. In COVID times all the other properties we stay at leave brand new cleaning sponges. Not this time. Last year they did. This year not. A little thing but then it gets your mind wandering as to what else didn’t get cleaned to Covid standards. All else was perfect.

This is our second time staying here. The condo is exceptionally clean and well appointed. Location is perfect. The only negative I noticed this visit was the loud music played by occupants of nearby units. Not any fault of the owner, probably just a sign of the times.

This condo is so nice for skiing. Just walk about 15 feet up from the unit and ski right to the lifts. The condo was spotless. It was very comfortable and well stocked. Very nicely equipped condo and nice building. Ski out about 25 foot walk up to slope but you can ski in to back door of the building. Parking and firewood extras.

Well maintained Laurelwood studio condo on the Fanny Hill slope at Snowmass. Very convenient for lunch since there was no indoor dining on the mountain. Convenient parking and bus service.

Great place to stay if you want direct slope access, which we did. A little on the small side, but for my wife and I it was perfect. Kitchen was well appointed, so making our meals (no restaurants for us during these covid times) was perfect.
We plan to stay in Patti's studio again next year.

A New Favorite
My wife and I stayed at this property in early March and we found our selves repeating to each other how impressed we were with the space and the location. It is completely as advertised. There are other places that claim ski-in, ski-out, but this one truly is. A short walk with your skis and then start skiing down to the Village Express lift which has you on the best areas in no time. When coming back for lunch or to end the day, we would ski right to the front door.
The unit is plenty big, has lot's of light, is well equipped including an all-important humidifier. Parking is right outside the front door and a short walk with no climbing required, at least for our stay. If the lot that's on the same elevation as the condo is filled, there may be a slight uphill slog, but not bad.
Patti and her property manager Ray are a delight to work with and really made things easy. This is how a rental unit should be set up and managed. 5 stars !

Perfect location for skiing! We literally walked 15 feet up a hill, put on our skis and skied down to the lift. You can't ask for anything better than that.
