About this condo rental
Situated in Lisbon, this lovely condo for $114 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Renovated and decorated in 2017 by Architect. Ideally located between "Campo de Ourique" and "Rato". Very quiet, with all comfort and security. The apartment has a double bed, living room area with sofa bed, bathroom with shower base and fully equipped kitchenette with electric appliances. The studio also has a private patio, furnished with armchairs and table, decorated with flowers and plants. If additional baby equipment or other is needed, just order. The area is residential and the street is quiet. There is a metro station about 5 minutes away (“Rato”» - yellow line). There are also several bus stops in the immediate vicinity that allow you to reach the main points of the city. The apartment is located 10 minutes from the emblematic “Jardim da Estrela” (garden) and the “Basilica da Estrela”(church) - two of the main Lisbon jewels to visit. Crossing the lush garden is the famous tram 28 that takes us in 10 minutes to “Chiado” and “Bairro Alto”, and in 20, to “Baixa Lisboeta” (downtown city center) and the Castle. “Campo de Ourique” neighborhood is known for its duality - day life, very cosmopolitan, with its small local shops and typical food restaurants; At night, very serene, invites you to enjoy the public spaces such as “Campo de Ourique Market” or the garden “Jardim da Parada”. This ground floor apartment is well located in the Campo Qurique district and about a 30 minute walk from the centre of the old town. Rato underground is a 10 minute walk down hill. There are many decent restaurants and shops within easy walking distance of the apartment. The space is well designed and there is no noise from the road. The kitchen is well equipped and it is possible to cook meals there. The bed is firm but comfortable and the couch and easy chair are good quality. There is a little patio area which we didn't use because it was a bit cold and rainy during our stay. During warmer weather this would be a bonus. Our check in was easy and friendly with lots of good tips from Vania. Recommended.

This place is as advertised.... perfect for a couple or a single and located away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get there with a walk or a short drive. The host is amazing, she met us at the unit, gave us a tour, recommendations and was very accessible throughout our stay. The rear yard/patio area made the trip very nice for an evening wind down. We plan to stay here next time in Lisbon.

Vania's apartment is exactly as what you see in the pictures. Clean and having all the amenities required for a vacation stay. Patio area is a great spot to have breakfast or unwind after a long day visiting Lisbon.
Location is 5 mins from Rato metro station. Area is very safe and convenient amenities nearby (ie. bakery, charcuterie, restaurants, grocery).
Will book again if we are lucky enough to return to Lisbon.

We stayed for a few days and enjoyed Vania hosting us. She explained all the details and gave us some very suitable recommendations where to eat, to go out and how to get tickets. Over the days, the location of the flat came out as perfect: restaurants, a bus stop, cafés and a big mall around the corner was ideal for us. Actually the flat is bigger then we expected. Overall, we would come again. Thank you for hosting us.

We had a fantastic stay at Vania's place. It is very modern, tasfully newly renovated and exactly as pictured. The location is also excellent, easily accessable from the metro and bus routes. Many great local restaurants and shops are in the area too. 10/10 would recommend, and would stay here again!

We stayed at this place for 3 nights and the check in was so easy. We were greeted by the host who spent time with us letting us know about the place. She also talked a great deal of where to go and what to see. We were provided maps and if we had any questions she was very responsive. Very central to everything. The place was very clean. Our hosts were welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and informative. The neighborhood is convenient and " authentic" Lisbon. The studio is really chic with a garden space. Be sure to check out the restaurants right around the corner. The apartment is a 10 minute walk uphill from the Rato metro station, but the number 758 bus stop is much closer.

The apartment is located in a quiet area close to everything you are needing for a visit to Lisbon. Our hosts, Vânia and Susana met us upon arrival and welcomed us with a tour of the apartment and plenty of advice on places to see as well as suggestions on where to eat and shop. The apartment is exactly as described and accurately portrayed in the pictures. Location is within easy access to many of the sights you will want to enjoy while staying in Lisbon. The added bonus of the private patio was something that we enjoyed with our stay. Parking was also available in a secure , underground garage for a small daily fee. We were very happy we chose to stay here and are already planning a return visit.

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully appointed studio apartment. From the walk in rain shower in the bathroom to the sunny, private patio off the bedroom, this studio was a lovely place to unwind after exploring Lisbon. located in a lovely family neighborhood, everything was steps away from our front door, from little coffee shops to wonderful local restaurants as well as a bus stop and the metro. Our hostess went above and beyond to make us feel at home and gave us some wonderful suggestions of places to try. We hope to make our way back one day and would definitely stay here again.

Apartment is very clean, in a great location. Subway and bus stops are nearby, but you can also walk to the center/old town in about 30 minutes. In the apartment is everything you need for 2 people. And the nice hostess, who lives directly opposite, is always happy to help.

We had a fantastic stay at Vânias apartment,It’s in a great location,very clean and tidy and only 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro Station with some nice restaurants and a lovely bakery near by.
Vânia met us at the apartment and was very helpful on nice restaurants and things to see.
Even though Vânia lives opposite she never intruded but was always available for any questions we might have.
If you’re going to Lisbon this place is great value for money😎

This was perhaps my tenth visit to Lisbon since 2103 and I have never liked a setting better. The apartment is beautiful. It is small but more than large enough for a travelers most important needs. Located on the first floor, it has the bonus of a beautiful patio outside the back door. There is a walk of less than ten minutes to the Rato Metro stop which connects you to the rest of the city. There are plenty of great (and cheap!) restaurants and bakeries within a couple of blocks. Vania is a wonderful host. She will respond immediately to communications and can teach you so much about Portuguese culture! This was a first-class experience on every level.

We loved the feel of the charming Portuguese culture, very quaint and authentic. Walking a few blocks takes you to a modern shopping area, with an elaborate array of goods for my gluten sensitive diet. The people were very helpful and gracious. Our lack of the Portuguese language was never ate rent in our exploration of the city. We loved Lisbon and the Studio on Arrabida.

The property was beautiful and clean. The host was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the quiet location which was still walkable to several attractions (some recommended by the host). The typical amenities were great and the host was really accommodating for us with our 1 year old (toys, crib, park recommendations, etc.). We wished we stayed longer and would love to come back!

Great location. Short walk to metro. Very pleasant, quiet area to stay. The apartment is on the ground floor so no flights of stairs to carry your luggage up. The apartment was exactly like the photos, clean and comfortable. It also has a small outdoor patio area which would have been very enjoyable in less inclement weather. Check in was very easy. The hosts Vania and Susana were both very pleasant and flexible on checkin/out times. Both were very helpful providing excellent information and suggestions during our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Lisbon.

It was very easy to access the city from where we were; there were some lovely local bars that were great to while away an evening in. The Pasta Nata in Belem really were the best ever!! a perfect short break and we would love to come back. thank you!

This studio apartment in Campo Da Ourique was perfect for our weeklong stay in. Lisbon! Vânia and Susana were perfect hosts and provided us with all we needed to make it a great stay in Lisbon! There are a number of great restaurants within a few minutes that are on their list of recommendations and are all well worth trying. Our hosts were helpful and responsive and we definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a home base for their Lisbon holiday with easy access to many walkable shops, restaurants, and cafes, and only about a 10 or so minute walk to the Rato station to catch the Metro.

We stayed Sept 10-14 and enjoyed the property very much. V was a great host and was helpful in getting us settled in. Close to local establishments for great food and the apartment had everything we needed to make breakfast. A wonderful home base for our short visit to Lisbon.
