The location & architecture of the property was super.

The location, bedroom & living room sizes were terrific.

Television in main living area was very old - no Netflix, Stan, Foxtel etc (needs to be upgraded to smart TV). Most Pots & Pans & the like are old & worn & needs a good overhaul & sort Spa bath jets/bubblers didn't work in the Master bedroom, Fridge Icemaker was spazmodic. Serious toilet paper shortage .. x5 rooms x 3 bathrooms x8 guests x6 rolls of paper (x1 on the go x1 spare) The BBQ had ingrained char (Old) ... we chose to not cook on it. No instructions to operate outside plunge spar. Knives could all do with a good sharpening.

the stay was great, such a special spot however for the money you pay they need to improve the quality of the linen and

great location and very good size for a group

given the cost per night they definitely need to improve some of the finer details. - new pillows - more towels - fix the spa heater - fix the sliding doors so you can open up the house - update some of the furniture and the iron

it was a beautiful place to stay booking .com we’re very good to deal with

it was beautiful sitting out on the balcony looking over Hamilton Island all the boats very pretty

I wasn’t happy about the spa in the main room not working and where we we’re supposed to put our buggy was full of paint also they started grinding the pool down from us so it was very noisy

Fantastic location and apartment for families.

The location was perfect and the apartment was perfect for families. Will definitely be booking again.

the fourth bedroom was very dark and uninviting.

fantastic location . one of my best holidays

location. size of the place was fantastic

the staff that you had to call if you needed anything . we needed extra towels as there were not enough . when we called the lady was so rude . she is also said that we were only meant to have six people there but I did confirm that 7 people would be there . I am trying to find the email so that I can forward it on

Has potential to be great

Good location, the place itself is nice, management did their best to resolve any issues

Housekeeping was poor, floors were wet on arrival and 5 year old daughter nearly slipped over, not enough towels for 6 people for 4 days, said we had private pool but was a small spa bath with the heat taken off and the weather was cold, no rain cover for the buggie so got wet, cooking utensils like pans were disgusting and need to be replaced, on the first night a bedroom door was locked and couldnt get it opened until the next day.

overall a good stay, however would not book again if wifi is not available.

some maintenance required -Garage door not working - Back door handle require attention - bathroom towel rail broken - TV in main bedroom not working - NO WIFI available in the apartment!!! this is a huge problem when trying to work remotely

Great location, beautiful appartement, helpful staff. It does need some details fixed to price.

Appartement was clean, spacious and well equipped. Lauren was quick to help and concierge company was very accommodating.

Spa wasn't heated and didn't have filter which was disappointing for the price. This feature was one of the reasons we chose this appartement. Maintenance was lacking. The bathroom with 2 bedrooms didn't have locks which was a challenge for couples sharing. No soap holders simple feature but quite annoying. Just little details really let it down.

Perfect accommodation for a family, it’s quite and close to Front Street. Very spacious and the view is spectacular.

The view, pool and the space.

Cockroaches, we found one in our bed and a few dead cockroaches around the property.

need to provide more toilet paper. wifi is poor and tv remotes did not work in main lounge. spa was dirty on arrival and we needed to contact housekeeping to come and fix this which they did.

Top location, poor presentation of luxury apartment

The location and size of the apartment.

There was a terrible prawn smell in the fridge and in the ice in the freezer, the cleaners must have smelt it if they cleaned the fridge. We did not have any seafood on our stay. There was long black hair in two bathrooms. We asked for a clean but didn't see anyone. We asked for more coat hangers as there were only approx 6 in the unit but they were not available. There were numerous cockroaches in the bathrooms. A mop and bucket with dirty water was left on the balcony. Curtains hanging off hooks in two bedrooms so they didn't close properly. Dirty tracks on the sliding doors. Two broken outdoor chairs causing people to drop back under the back rest and pinch skin. The glass shelf was missing from inside 2 showers so only the metal knobs stuck out which is dangerous when bending over to pick up items. Dirty tiles in the corner of bathrooms. The dishrack was dirty and tiny for the size of the apartment. For a luxury apartment the maintenance and cleaning was terrible. The golf buggy has a dodgy ignition and was hard to get into reverse sometimes. Bags collected at 2pm which was our check in time at the airport even though I called at 10 to say we were out of the unit as per instructions. We were not allowed to use beach towels after 10 even though meeting staff to exchange keys and bags. That was really inflexible. We have photos if the operator would like them?

Buddy was battery flat almost when checked in, which made us abandoned at half way to the restaurant at the first night.

Good locations, clean rooms.

TV wasn’t the smart one, too old to have sth entertainment.
