Wonderful

This stay was exceptional - the view was stunning, the technical equipment was above expectations and the host (Eric) very friendly, always answering very quickly and helpful with recommendations. He even changed the air conditioning display into Celsius to make it more comfortable for a European like me.

Fabulous property in a peaceful location with wonderful views!

The amazing view of LA, the cool high tech gadgets, the bed in the nook was very comfortable and fun! All of it was amazing & unique experience.

Go for it

The location and vista of LA from this property was wonderful. The window overlooking the city, framed the view, which made it extra special. All the facilities were great and you couldn't wish for more. It was our first time to LA and the 2 days we toured from this base camp here were great. The Patio was a great place to unwind with a G&T and watch life go by especially the wildlife and a cheeky squirrel or two. We used Uber all the time which were always and readily available so our transportation around the area was easy as we didn't want to hire a car and drive on the wrong side of the road!!. Also we spoilt ourselves and ordered a McDonald Takeaway Breakfast we arrived promptly too. Thank you

We walked to the local store to buy some groceries which was some distance and all down hill. The main road, very busy, is not easier to walk down as there is no real pavement for pedestrians to use. However we made it but got an uber back!!

Worth every penny - the highlight of my LA stay!!!!

By far the best place I've stayed, in LA. The view is phenomenal, the host was exceedingly helpful, welcoming and informative, and the apartment is luxurious and full of details that all combine to really make your stay perfect. The place itself is tucked away and feels very private and cosy - truly a unique space that feels like your own. Eric has put a lot of thought and effort into making this place as comfortable and high-end as possible e.g. Alexa to control the lights, blinds and music, speakers in all the rooms, plush towels and robes to wear, wine in the fridge, good coffee machine, streaming services on TV for movie nights to main a few. A truly rare Airbnb experience! I will definitely look to return when I'm next in the city.

Awesome place for a L.A. getaway

Very neat place to stay. Close to everything, but quiet at the same time. Super comfortable amenities, bed and shower. Great views all the way down to DTLA.

Amazing property!

The views were amazing. The bathroom was exceptional from the heated floors, heated towel rack, to the pretty cool toilet. The host was on the property in the main house, but you still had your own space and privacy. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the patio with my morning coffee from the awesome coffee maker and milk frother also taking early morning strolls up the streets to look at the amazing views and other properties. Highly recommend this property if you’re in the area.

Perfect place for a mother and (tween) daughter stay in LA!

Studio 1080 far exceeded our expectations in every way! The Location is amazing and the winding roads to get there are beautiful. Eric's communication was excellent in every way and we knew almost exactly what to expect. The only thing we didn't know what how truly FANTASTIC Studio 1080 is! Clean, comfortable, relaxing, amazing views, just perfect! The space is definitely a studio, so not a large area, but PERFECT for a couple or small family for a few days. It felt safe, calm, very quiet and well taken care of. All the details were there: wine and sparkling water in the fantastic little fridge, appliances, the most amazing coffeemaker ever, a great private, quiet patio with fantastic views. Thank you, Eric, for sharing your amazing space with us - it was the highlight of our two-week adventure for sure!

The only aspect we did not like much was that we had to check out!

One of the best and most memorable stays by a long shot. 12/10 would stay again.

Clearly a luxury property. Comparable if not better than any 5 star hotel we have stayed in. Eric is also a very hospitable and responsive host. Not a single thing I can think of that can be improved on. The luxury Jura coffee machine, Alexa and smart house, breathtaking view, automated (and heated) Toto toilet with bidet, fancy toaster. Need I say more really?

I planned this trip around proposing to my girlfriend and Eric offered to help exceedingly above and beyond all expectations with the details. I can't express enough gratitude for that and look very much forward to booking again on our next LA trip as a married couple!

Unforgettable place!!!

The sunrises and sunsets, the interior, the music that plays when you say 'Alexa, Hello'… Smart and spacious toilet/shower room, espresso coffee machine, wine in the fridge... A terrace with The View, friendly lizards and hawks soaring in the skies... Attentive host. We had to leave, but we will treasure those memories forever.

I wanted to stay forever

This apartment studio was amazing. The view was spectacular as was the accommodation. The attention to detail was exemplary, Eric really had thought of everything to make my stay comfortable and memorable. If you want a home away from home (although I wish my home was like this) then I would recommend this apartment.

Amazing apartment with an incredible view of Hollywood hills and downtown Los Angeles. The apartment is very private, comfortable with many luxury’s that I have never dreamed of…soundbar, heated floors and toilet seat, rain shower and bidet of all things. You could spend all day in the apartment but there is a huge city out there to be explored. We will definitely be back!!

W O W! Best place we‘ve ever stayed at

E V E R Y T H I N G! Eric did an amazing job communicating upfront and during our stay. He made us get excited to arrive and provided valuable infos. Honestly - the apartment is simply stunning! It‘s a true gem that made our LA visit extra special. Eric thought of everything you could possibly need and more. You can tell Eric is a tech geek as he has set up all different kinds of tech features. Alexa will set the lights, the music and blinds to different moods, you just have to choose and enjoy. Everything is high end - the Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom or the Jura coffee machine in the kitchen, just to mention two examples. Instead of exploring LA all day long we decided to return to the wonderful apartment in the afternoon just to enjoy coffee and the views on the patio. It was truly amazing.

There is nothing we didn’t like!
