大勢で泊まるには最適な中心部に近い隠れ家ホテル

思っていたより広かったのは良かった。キッチンも広かったが、食器類などは無い物が多かった。スタッフもフレンドリーだった。部屋の雰囲気も良い。大人数でが泊まると楽しそう。

部屋が寒くなり、エアコンをつけたが、30℃にしてもあまり暖かくならなかったのが残念。ドライヤーも置いてなかったのと、シャワーの水圧がかなり弱かった。

Nice choice for four days in San Miguel de Allende

Great room (Orchid), as we asked specifically for a bathtub and got a Jacuzzi on the ground floor with a garden view. The staff was notably responsive and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job every day.

It's a little inconvenient coming back to the hotel after 5pm as you must ring a doorbell and wait for someone to respond to open the front door - which took a couple of minutes on some occasions. Not a big deal, but unusual for a hotel.. Our room in the rear was quiet at night, but the rooms facing the street were not.

The property is beautiful. The breakfast is included with the stay and it’s delicious . It was about 3 blocks away from the centro , perfect location .

Nice big room with a hearty breakfast with a really friendly staff.

The room had a bit of a musty smell.

The most wonderful experience

The property was private and the grounds were absolutely beautiful! You wake up to the sound of church bells ringing in the distance and birds singing. It was THE most peaceful place we have ever stayed. There is private parking that is gated and secured. And the staff…truly wonderful. They are attentive and go out of their way to help meet all your needs and are so knowledgeable about the area. They were so kind and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful property and the amazing staff. The food was fabulous as well! We only had the pleasure of eating the breakfast but it was delicious and my kids loved it! When we return to this beautiful city, Casa María Elena is the only place we will stay!

There was nothing we didn’t love about our stay here.

Very pleasant place and very accomodating staff. I asked for kleenex and they found me a box.

No kleenex provided in the rooms. The maid took the tip but only changed the towels - didn't make the bed. One of the bathrobes went missing - I reported it to staff.

Everyone was very helpful and we were able to park our car in the garage. The beds were confortable.

I loved the menu for the breakfast that was included with the room. The Chef did every dish so delicious.

Highly recommenfed

Highly recommended and very good value for money. Excellent room, well maintained, nice garden, very nice breakfast, everything works efficiently including wi-fi, free private parking (arrived to San Miguel by bus, but needed a car to travel to Bernal and Guanajuato). Great location 5 minutes walk from the center.
