リーゾナブル。

部屋が清潔で、朝食が美味しかった。

部屋に浴槽がなく、風呂に入るには隣のホテルの大浴場を使わなければならなかったこと。

Diseño actual

El diseño era lo mejor, original y moderno. La habitación era grande y la cama enorme. Había bar abajo para ir a desayunar, el desayuno, incluido en el precio, estaba riquísimo. Además, el hotel está al lado de la estación y del Castillo

La primera noche fui al bar a tomar unas copas y me cobraron el cargo por mesa,que para los huéspedes es gratis. Escribí un comentario en otro sitio y en seguida el hotel respondí que cuando volviera enseñara la llave de la habitación y que instarían al personal a preguntar a partir de ese momento. Creo que lo de la llave tendrían que habérmelo dicho al hacer el check in o tenerlo escrito en algún sitio. De todos modos cuando pregunté al personal del bar por qué me cobraban más, tampoco preguntaron y al salir, me vieron entrar al hotel, al que sólo se accede con llave electrónica, que tienen los huéspedes y ni aún así dijeron nada. Así que no volví a beber allí. Otra cosa es, que si bien es cierto que hay tablet en la habitación, no todas tienen activadas todas las funciones, algunas sólo sirven para ver el tiempo y la información y recomendaciones del hotel. No es un gran problema, pero también habría estado bien saberlo porque mientras cargaba la mía, me pasé 10min intentando ver vídeos musicales y creyendo que por mi torpeza con la tecnología, estaba haciendo algo mal. Aún así, es un sitio que recomendaría. Son sólo un par de inconvenientes

値段が安いタイミングだから利用した

急遽、宿泊とりましたが安く泊まれて落ち着く空間でした。

エアコンの効きが悪くとても寒かったのでお湯を沸かし続けました。お風呂がとなりのホテルまで行かないといけないのも、シャワーだけの方は良いですが少し面倒です。

観光なら良いかも？

ひとりならベッドが広い大浴場が利用できる

3泊滞在しましたが、館内着の替えは行われないので毎日洗いたい人には不向きだと思いました。あとは、買った水をポットに入れて沸かし水筒に入れたら臭くなるのでクエン酸を買ってきて数回洗浄しましたがダメでした。コインランドリーも2組しかないので混んでる日は夜中までかかります。朝食も6時半からなので一度も利用できずでした

福山に出張や旅行に行かれる方々に是非お薦めしたい地域ナンバー１のブティックホテルです。

スタッフの教育が格段に良くなっていました。組織的に連携が取れていて誰と話しても話がスムーズに進められてワンチームのホスピタリティーを経験出来ます。素晴らしいホテルです。

良くない点を探すのが困難です。強いて言えば部屋の鍵を掛けた後に抜くのが少し難しい位です（笑笑）

家族で楽しめました

一階のバーが素晴らしかったです。朝食も美味しく、スタッフさんがみなさんいい感じです。

夕方は駅前なので送迎車で前の道路が渋滞でした。

とても良い。また来たい。

部屋は綺麗で清潔。朝食も美味しい。ロケーションもとても良い。

ベットのデニム生地の枕(クッション？)が少し臭った。湿気を吸ったのかもしれない。洗濯しにくいと思うので、無くても良いかもしれない。

- Plus de jus d'orange frais disponible au petit déjeuner - Pas de chocolat chaud au petit déjeuner Sinon c'était parfait.

観光には良いですが、仕事をする予定の方は別のホテルにした方が良いです。机が小さいのでディスプレイまで置けないです

初めて宿泊した場所ですが、満足でした。

大浴場があって良かったです。リネンも使えました。スタッフもトラブルにすぐ、対応してくれました。テレビのリモコンが動かなかったので。チェックアウトのときにおわびの一言もありました。まめな対応だったと思います。

トイレからでるときに段差があるので、年配にはきびしいかも。

Staff was amazingly helpful, we had an issue with filling the slip to send out luggage and staff from the hotel helped us with it :)

Comfortable stop with great breakfast.

Excellent breakfast and freshly squeezed orange juice. Seasonal items on the menu in addition to usual sandwich/ hot dog options. Nice selection of amenities in the room. Easy walk to the station. Stayed here at the end of Shimanami Kaido cycling trip to break up journey back to Tokyo. Anchor hotel was a comfortable way to relax before heading home. Enjoyed visited Fukuyama castle which is close to the hotel and only a few minutes from the station.

Some confusion about check in which is at another hotel a few doors down the street. This info was communicated to us but not to our traveling companions. The process could have been smoother.

お洒落で寛げてコスパ良し

マンションタイプのホテルで自室のように寛げました。シャワーのみでバスタブはありませんが清潔でアメニティも素敵でした。提携ホテルの大浴場が使えるのでお風呂には困りません！駅近で交通の便も良いし、朝は福山城へ散歩をして楽しめました。朝食は限定の秋プレートを注文。宿泊者は無料でいただけるので嬉しかったです。次回はホットドッグをいただきたいです。また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

チェックイン時に自動精算機で精算することに気付きませんでした。説明が終わったあとに、精算する旨を伝えてくださるとありがたかったです。

Cozy room, friendly staff, great stay

Super cozy and clean room that large enough to flat my 24-inch luggage and still have plenty space to move around. Comfortable bed and beautiful hotel-branded indoor wear yukata, which I was regret not purchasing one set to take them home. Great location with only minutes away from the JR station and bus terminal. Easy access to visiting spot like Tomonoura. Definitely a place I would choose again when visiting Fukuyama next time.

Would definitely stay here again if we have the chance to visit Fukuyama next time.

The hotel location was pretty close to the train station, so we can reach the hotel by foot. The interior is nice & it was quite roomy for a Japanese hotel. The breakfast was included and although it wasn’t the most scrumptious meal, the lady who took care of our breakfast was very efficient and quick in serving it to go since she knew we were trying to catch a train. Love it!

The room that we stayed in and the receptionist were not in the same building so we had to walk further after checking in, probably due to the extension of the hotel (?) I wasn’t sure. So it was not that convenient especially if it was raining.

Wonderful Experience at Anchor!

Hotel is an old apartment block but the room is very comfortable and stylish. The denim-based items in the room are very attractive. Staff are top-notch and the hotdog breakfast is a very good idea!

Bad

Unpleasant experience liaising with booking.com & Anchor hotel. Hotel alleged my rate charged is for guests living in Japan, not for foreigners. Hotel asked to rebook my reservation and to refund my original reservation to Booking.com here. It took more than 1/2 a day for the hotel to finally accept the initial booking.
