Home away from home!

Easy check in. Friendly reception staff. Attentive housekeeping staff. They left Easter bunnies in the kitchen area, such nice detail! The room was bigger than I excepted, very spacious; is more like a full apartment, With a full kitchen & dinning area, lounge, desk, bedroom and bathroom. You also have full laundry facilities in the room. Great water pressure, very clean facilities. Soap, shampoo, dishwasher liquid, and laundry powder all provided in the room.

Perfect location, not the flashiest but nice stay

Location was perfect, view wasn’t anything great thought it would’ve been better with the hot tub

No in house menu. Balcony view was terrible, overlooked a dodgy alleyway

A delightful stay in Rotorua

Right from the moment we arrived I could tell this was going to be a nice place to stay . The woman who greeted us was lovely and the whole place was very clean . Is centrally located and has great weekend parking right outside the front door . Bed was super comfortable and the staff who serviced the room do an excellent job and were good at leaving extra towels . The chocolate Easter Bunny’s were a lovely touch.

Clean and warm

Loud gurgling noise from heat pump in bedroom 24/7 had to get ear plugs to sleep or have heat pump running all the time to stop noise.

Quality service. Highly recommend.

The staff are absolutely fantastic people from checking in to the house cleaning staff. Everyone has a great and welcoming personality and appear happy to be working there. We’ve stayed all over the country in many hotels and this is one of the best.

We have absolutely no complaints.

Recommend for every single visitor. Complete package

I got a washing machine in my room! Completely lifesaver, with complimentary washing powder. A little expensive but good location.

It was good and comfort, quiet, I would stay again

I room was quiet and comfortable and super clean. All staff that we met were friendly and approachable.

The spa wasn't a spa it was a hot tub, but it was still ok.

There was an issue with the heat pump on our first night - I felt that i was 'scolded' for cranking it up and fobbed off as to why it was not working - ie it was my fault. The lady was quite abrupt and scolded me like a naughty schoolgirl! Clearly there was an issue as the next day i got a call to seek permission to enter my room as there was an issue with the heat pumps. We were given a heater by the gentleman on the reception on the second night as he indicated they were still working on the issue- this was greatly appreciated.

Great location at the very center, close to everything. Hot tub at the balcony was a nice plus for rainy days

Overall had a comfortable stay with good staff service.

It was central to shops and restaurants. It provided basic amenities for a comfortable stay.

Toilet requires a stronger flush. TV screen was half clear and other half one colour tone. Always need to be alert with car parking.

Very good

I've been charge 18nzdol for "bank fee" and I still don't know what it mean.. My own bank don't charge me for international paiement. And why the hotel has to be ? No other hotels charge me with these fees ?!

Great stay

- clean rooms - great Jacuzzi - comfortable bed

- very prominent smell of sulphur which especially hit during the night (even doors were closed), recommend to keep the AC running!

Good, clean, modern, owners helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Modern. Washing machine and tumble drier is helpful. The staff went above and beyond and were super friendly.

The room had a very high ceiling and the only window was narrow, long and much too high to see out of. The room was just off the foyer and next to the store room and was the only room on the ground floor. They did say we booked the last two rooms and although the fittings and amenities were good, I might not have booked if I had see actual pictures of THIS particular room. I later found out it was a converted boardroom, which in itself is not the issue, but I would have liked to be given the choice. That said, I would stay here again, but in a different room.

Not up to standard of other Quest apartments.

smell of mould when we came in. Had to open door and run aircon to decrease the smell. Hot water didn’t work, had to get maintenance in. Variable water pressure throughout stay. Went to reception to discuss mould smell and water issues. There was ZERO acknowledgement of the fact that the room smelled. Completely dismissed it.
