Quiet place in the heart of Sunny Beach

The hotel location is great! 2 minutes walking distance from the centre yet quiet even during the busiest hours. The room was clean and cozy.

Nice holiday

The location is very good There is a beach very near There are plenty restaurants amd shops near,the bus station is close Good breakfast Nice staff Good food at the hotel’s restaurant Clean pool

I didn’t quite liked the smell in the room,it smelled like old stuff I didn’t liked the bathroom which is small and without shower cabin I didn’t liked the fact that there were some visitors which made a lot of noise in the middle of the night or extremely early in the morning,but this is not the hotel’s fault There were also some people who booked the seats at the pool early in the morning and they came at the pool at afternoon,so we did not have a place where to stay at the pool As an overview,it was nice,excepting those little inconvenients

The property is needing some upgrades. The sofa bed in my room was very stained and there were small bits of repair work needing done

Parking situation not that great..

The hotel is ok for the price, especially considering it is really close to the beach. The staff from the bistro is nice, but the reception not so much. We also liked the food from the bistro

The parking situation is what ruined the experience. We arrived on Monday evening (at around 19:00) and parked on the street. The reception guy asked us where we had parked and told us they offer parking for 20 leva per day (10 euros). Given the fact that we were tired from the road, we didn't give it much thought or ask any additional questions, so we paid for 4 days. At check-out (12:00) on Friday, we asked if we could leave the car a little longer and the guy told us no, because other clients were expected (check-in starts at 14:00). We said parking is different from hotel check-in (given that you pay extra), and then he proceeded to explain to us how it is fair to leave the parking when you check-out from the hotel. Anyway, for comparison, parking for 24h in the Old town is 8 leva, some hotels offer free parking and you can find parking spots on the streets. We left feeling scammed and this is definitely not something you want when on holiday (or any day, for that matter).

Exceptional

Lovely clean hotel with extremely comfortable beds. Showers are very clean/powerful. Good variety at breakfast. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bank. Staff are pleasant.

People putting towels on pool sun loungers very early in morning and often not evening using the loungers. Some people had towels in more than one location around the pool but not using them whilst other guests where unable to sit and enjoy the sun, which let's face it is what the majority of people are there for.

It was only two nights and very comfortable beds

location is good. staff friendly, good atmosphere at the hotel

no lift! we were on the 4th floor. 57 solid steps to climb. a bit difficult with luggage the bathroom flooded every time someone took a shower

Hotel Venus

Hotel has a really good location in Sunny Beach. Staff was very kind and helpful during our stay. Our room was clean and cozy. It's comfortable for longer stay also. Breakfast was various and delicious. I would recommend Hotel Venus for my friends and family.

Wifi signal was a little weak in our room.

Overall it was a great stay and we would come back.

Great location (literally 3-4 min walk to the beach, nice facilities, staff were friendly and polite and made us feel welcomed. the water pressure is very high, which was amazing, because it feels like a massage when you take a shower.

balcony chairs could be of a better quality because the current ones are very soft and they bend when one is sitting on them. we broke a little beer bottle on our balcony and the receptionist gave us a toilet roll to clean the broken glass, which was a bit bizarre but we managed it without injuring ourselves.

The staff was great. Free wi fi, the food was ok. Room was very spacious, with good beds and big bathroom

No elevator and we had a suit at the top floor. Parking was at another hotal across the road and was full. 20 bgn/day. The floo rin the room was sloped because the hotal was renovated and previously there was a terrace there amd they build deluxe suits. And the floor has an incline tward the edge of the building.

Exceptional

Location is good. 5 mins walking distance to the beach and main Street. All staff are very helpful and with smiles all the time. Will definitely stay again

But all in all it was a nice stay, but won't come back but that's mostly because I didn't enjoy Sunny beach that much.

It's just not as nice as in the pictures. But I guess you can't expect that much at sunny Beach.
