Iww will stay there again. The host and staff was great

The location was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was 5 star excellent. The rooms was clean and the pool was excellent. We will certainly stay there again.

Smelly, noisy, disorganized - a nightmare in Kobuleti!

Location is good in relation to the beach.

I was very dissapointed with this hotel, as the value for money was not met at all! To start off, the check-in process took almost 40 minutes - including waiting 20 minutes for the receptionist to even show up (no reply on the telephone number provided). The saga continued, with what seemed to us like a confusion, as if they even didn't expect us (which was evident later, as the rooms were not even ready at 15.45). Receptionist didn't speak any English - communication was handled via a translator over a phone. When check-in finally completed, a staff member was given a key and he accompanied us to one of the two booked rooms. When we reached upstairs, he realized that we booked two rooms and he forgot to take the second key for our other member of the group, which we finally received in a very funny way - he threw the key for us from a floor below, because he didn't bother to take the stairs up to our floor. Room 1 was smelly, moisture was high and bed sheets and pillows were wet from air moisture. Ventilation in the room was horrible. Walls had damage with holes and wires sticking out. Ceiling had damage with the lamp poorly installed. Floor had wet marks, as if they just cleaned the room. Toilet was given a "brush-up" with basically a shower, which was used to just splash everything wet with water - including the toilet paper. Metal parts of furniture rusting because of the bad ventilation and moisture. Room 2 had a refrigerator, which was leaking onto the floor. No shower curtains in the bathrooms, all the water is flying around everywhere, including the toilet and sink. Equipment old and rusty. Doors to the rooms are made of paper - super noisy! Outdoors "activity area" tables were very dirty. Breakfast seemed very dull and even disgusting - didn't even touch it! Dry, boiled spaghetti and slices of cucumber for breakfast is not ideal. No coffee machine. Would never book again - completely disorganized establishment!

Location was good and parking space was ample. Room was big with a balcony.

Breakfast was ample but none of the meals were tasty. Shower head was unstable and there was a musty smell in the room
