The location was great for a day of skiing at Wildcat, nice bartender and waitress and love the fact that we can bring our dog next time!

Two day get-away for some snow shoeing. Staff, facilities and food all top notch. Complimentary coffee station open all day which was great.

The property itself has breathtaking views of Mt. Washington and the National Park range of Mountains. The hotel front desk staff is not polite. The waitress/host has is also unfriendly. The bar/restaurant is not run by the hotel. They allow people who are not guest but obviously had used the Alpine ski trails adjacent to hotel to come in and take-up all the seating; couch and chairs from all the tables and then hang all their wet, sweaty and very smelly outer clothes on additional chairs in front of the fireplace for drying. This left little to no space for paying guests to enjoy Aprie-Ski and subjected hotel guests to feeling like they were sitting in a locker room. Management of the hotel and Bar were approached to rectify the situation. They did not see it as a problem there hotel guests were out placed. Nor did they see it as problem the group has rearranged all the furniture and moved many of the chairs from tables to drape their wet clothes in front of the fireplace. I will never return given the prices and the lack of decorum and respect.

The place is over rated. Lacks fridg, coffee maker,. Pool is small gym only 3 machines. The Restaurant food is expensive and service is horrible took 1 hour to get our food and was not good at all. Not worth the money. Over price for what it is.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect, at the foot of the Presidentials and lots of beautiful walking trails. I am looking forward to my next stay there!

The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable and exhibited fabulous ambience. The food was spectacular and we loved the sugar cookies! The view of Mount Washington was extraordinary and the patio/fireplace area very inviting and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and cordial. Would definitely come back here again!

The hotel is situated in a very nice location. It’s very clean and tiday! The hotel good is decent, nothing great but it’s not bad either. The bar closes @ 9 and drink menu was greet! My biggest disappointment is with the pool. Open advertises as aHEATED SALTWATER pool, yet it was barely room temperature. Upon entering you are overwhelmed by chlorine like smell. When questions the manager stated “it’s up to standard for a saltwater, and Bromine was used to keep the poop sanitized” she seemed very proud of this fact. But you CANNOT mix sanitizers. NaCl aka salt is added to a Walter pool, which gets filtered and thế Na is extracted leaving Cl to sanitize the pool! You don’t add BROMINE
