Breakfast I think was too much. $30 per person was expensive.

Great location, friendly staff, great drinks!
Rooms are very small in my opinion compared to other hotels in Savannah.

Sehr zentrale Lage in der historischen Altstadt. Zimmer war nach hinten raus 2. Etage - trotzdem recht ruhig.

Central to everything!
One staff member, who I will not name, wanted to argue with me when I called her out on her attitude! The worst part about it all even after the confrontation happened she was allowed to continue to work the front desk, so if there was anything that I needed or had a question, I would have to wait until somebody else was available because I was not going to speak with her!!! As far as the buffet breakfast is concerned at this hotel, it is $30 per person, and it is not worth it!!! The food was cold!!!

Location was good
Waited with many other guests for rooms to be ready (after stated check in time). Bar had only one staff person, many people waiting, no one to clean tables, poor selection. Room smelled, coffee pot didn’t work.

The location was perfect as far as distance to River Street and the City Market, that being said, we were up at night listening to loud music and sirens. But that is part of staying in the city! It was nice to be able to stop in our room whenever we needed to because we were so close to everything! However, I think next time I would choose to stay not so close to the bars and nightlife just to be able to sleep at night!
We had problems with two out of the two lamps in our room when we arrived. The maintenance man came right up and fixed the one, he took the second lamp which was the bedside lamp to fix it. I had to ask for it back the next day because we needed that light in the evening. The room is small but does it job for a place to sleep, shower and change. The hotel is definitely older but nice. There is valet parking at the hotel but it is $48 per night! There are cheaper parking garages closer.

It was clean. Fabulous location and value. Outdoor patio area was fun The bar was great and so was the breakfast buffet. It was a good price and food was delicious staff was friendly and helpful
We only received housekeeping once during our entire stay. There was no safe or hangers in the room. We did not find the bathroom set up convenient. The vanity outside bathroom. There was no shelf or staging space in bathroom the ice machine on our floor never had ice

Parking is always expensive downtown so it was nice to have the valet. I liked this hotel and it is definitely a good option to spend your time in Savannah Historic Center.
They had a confusion with the cards we presented to pay and charged the wrong cards for the parking and room. I requested an invoice that never arrived. However, everything before the checkout was perfect.

The cost of parking and the additional $25 hotel fee.

Excellent location, great service, and walking distance of so much to do and see.
Parking is valet only and it costs $48 per night, however, I know at least two other nearby hotels have the same parking pricing and policy.

Location
It was not properly cleaned with mud on the bathroom floor and a very dirty toilet seat. Staff sent all 6 of us with luggage to the wrong elevator so we had to drag our luggage all around the hotel only to come downstairs and ask again. Pull out sofa wouldn’t fit with stairs and had to move the sofa to use the pull out sofa. Value for stay was awful’

Location
Very small room. No microwave in room. Had a table top refrigerator on the floor. Staff not friendly, especially the desk staff. Continued to get charged daily ($48) for parking after telling them several times we did not have a car parked on property.

Parking was good. Good location, good accommodation.
The front desk staff were not obliging or particularly polite. One lady was nice (did not catch her name, but all others, I would never hire it it was my hotel). Breakfast bad, mushy potatoes, cold coffee, all badly prepared. Refrigerator was very noisy and froze my fruits...

A reggeli megoldása is elég furcsa.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The spacious suite exceeded my expectations, offering a comfortable and modern environment. The cleanliness of both the hotel and rooms was impeccable. The location was absolutely perfect!
The bathroom door was broken and we couldn’t lock it. That was the only thing that was wrong!

Close distance to the Savannah banana stadium
Construction around the property made it hard to get to. Very loud until at least 3 in the morning. Drunk I believe fell up the stairs and then hit every wall on the 2nd floor going down the hall. Got blood everywhere. Bed was hard. Bathroom vanity wasn’t clean.

The room was IMMACULATE, super super clean. Shower, sheets, carpet, closet, bedspreads, even the windowsill was clean. Lobby bathrooms were also super clean, so shout out to the cleaning staff! We liked that we could store our luggage before and after check-in, staff were super nice about this & made it easy. The location is just across the street from the River Walk and not far from historic downtown and SCAD campus. We didn't need cabs at any point except to get to our train, otherwise, we just walked everywhere. Also have to shout out the water pressure in the shower -- very satisfactory for this tired traveler who arrived after a long train ride!
The front desk is understaffed! Called several times before the trip with questions, but no one ever picked up the phone and I eventually gave up; when the lobby coffee station ran out of cream I gave up on trying to get it filled; waited in line to check in, check out, store luggage. Staff is very nice and friendly though!

The Hotel - One of the IHG Chain is good value for money and well situated on the edge of the old town. The rooms are small but comfortable. Parking is in a two story building adjacent to hotel and although we where advised parking was expensive we received free parking. There are several other car parks nearby.
Our one complaint was the carpet tiles throughout the hotel was completly worn out and in a very bad state of cleanliness both in our room and in the passaway areas.

The concierge team was very helpful, unlike the reception.
THEY OVERCHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND EVEN AFTER 2 WEEKS REFUSE TO REPLY TO MY EMAILS. THEY SCAM YOU LISTING THE BREAKFAST AS FREE, BUT IT IS NOT FREE; YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING OVER $10 VALUE AT THE RESTAURANT. THE RECEPTION STAFF IS SO RUDE WHEN YOU TRY TO ASK ABOUT ANYTHING, INCLUDING THE LIE ABOUT LISTING BREAKFAST AS INCLUDED... SHE SAID "MA'AM I DON'T MAKE THE RULES"

The location
No parking available for free.. $45 for valet was too much.. we had included breakfast after waiting for 45 minutes we had to call the manager to make a complain but she couldn’t fix the situation, the server was rude and finally pointed to us that from the menu we had available only 2 options.. we waited for another 15 minutes as the waiter decided that she wasn’t going to take care of us!!and we left.. It wasn’t what we were expecting for this kind of Hotel. Service zero!!

The location and the room is pretty
We have been over charged repeatedly on the card we put on file. Charged $75 7 times then the next day charged 135 then 165 then $25 and we can’t get in touch with the hotel to see what is going on

The valet parking was expensive. Our room was facing the street and it was busy / noisy early.

David at the front desk was so helpful. The location is extremely convenient to everything. The hotel was very nice.
At first, our check-in wasn't going very well. We requested early check-in, and when we got there, we were told we had to wait. Almost 2 hours later, David stepped in, and we were upgraded and in our lovely room. Thanks, David!

I liked Allie in the lounge, she was very helpful and personal. Yashua and one of the waitresses were very helpful and personal as well.
I didn't like the way we were treated from the first night arriving, when the manager gave us tickets for the lounge and breakfast, and he wouldn't compensate or give us another one. I explained to him that our flight was delayed, but he wouldn't have it. Very rude. Then the last few mornings before we had to leave, our breakfast service was deplorable. Mostly due to the meeting rooms being full with businesses having conferences. Then on two days, one where my eggs Benedict was a hardboiled egg had to be cancelled because we couldn't wait for another one. Then on the other day, after we ordered our coffee and water, as usual everyday before, after ten minutes went by, we just got up to leave. We were on our honeymoon and had just about everyday booked with things to see and do. We didn't have time to wait in the hotel restaurant all day for just our coffee and water. I can't even imagine how long it would have been if we had ordered food. In total, we lost $40.00 for two breakfast days and $25.00 for one lounge evening. $105.00 total we paid for nothing in return. This is not to mention the toilet would not flush properly and the night manager, Martha, said that we had to hold the handle down. If we were at our house, I should buy that, but in a hotel, of your reputation, well, that takes the cake.

David, the assistant front desk manager is the worst manager I’ve ever encountered. When we checked in, we were given a key to a room that was already occupied. After that shock, we go back downstairs and wait for the manager to come. 30 minutes later, David shows up, doesn’t even acknowledge that we are standing there, and talks directly to the front desk lady and then eventually tells us that our only option is a room with 1 queen bed or he can walk us to another hotel. Not even one time did this man apologize for anything that had happened. He was so condescending in the way he was speaking to us. It was the absolute worst experience in a hotel I’ve ever experienced!

Roosevelt was a great help to us...The water upon arrival was a nice touch also and once you read below you'll understand why we needed it. The front desk staff as well as the valet staff all together were nice .
The trash can wasn't emptied and there was stuff from the previous guest still under the sink when we arrived. The key card to our door would not work so maintenance had to be called after the 2nd trip down to the front desk. We waited in the hallway for about 30 mins. before entering. And by the way the hallway was very uncomfortable. The air apparently wasn't working on the floors.
