Simply Amazing

Everything! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds, the food just the whole atmosphere. The staff was amazing.

If I had to say one thing I didn't like would probably be the prices at the restaurant

IT WAS GOOD..but can use a little improvement

I loved the comedy zone room and the lobby was nice with the bar area. I loved the breakfast and I also loved the area the hotel is.

I didn't like the pool much. It looked like it wasn't cleaned in a while.. They also ran out of towels fairly quickly after my second day.😥 It was a weekend retreat/vacation for us.

We came for the comedy show, and was only going to be there one night.

The location of the hotel was great. The comedy zone facilities was good. Outside was nice and clean.

The rooms need remodeling from ceilings to the floors. My room smelled of cigarette smoke and it didn't feel clean. Paint peeling off was, carpet old and looked awful.

The chef and the breakfast are amazing!!!

The older skinny front desk lady was extremely rude upon check in. She didn't even look us in the eye and rushed through the process so quickly, I had to come back up to the desk to get the keys because they didn't work

The facility was ok, but the value I received to be Genisus 2 was not very good. I would like a discount for this room.

The Breakfast and the shower.

The room was not clean and it was to small, to pay $100 dollars per night.

Good breakfast, was quiet

AC didn't work well, was 80 in my room all night. They had a Comedy show that night, and had to sit in line with the show goers for 20 minutes just to reach the check in desk.

Superb

The staff was friendly and I loved the inside area as sort of a courtyard definitely makes you feel secure and was well maintenence and peaceful

The kiddie pool was a but dirty and needed cleaned . The ac did not get as cold as I would have liked in the Florida heat the thermostat worked but the air never made it to that cool

Very beautiful busy place

Beautiful room with a nice pool view.The banquet room was very near the room.

The congested parking lot upon arrival. There were 3 events happening: A high school prom, a ROTC program, and a Comedy show. Very crowded, noisy, and overwhelming.

Don't think I'll ever stay agin

Our first room we had was ok until we saw a bedbug on the sheets then we had to switch rooms which I still felt uncomfortable but the clerk was very nice and help about the situation.

We got lock out of our room and when we went to customer service they was not at the front desk which there was a show that night so we waited for 20mins to to get help with getting back into our room

I used to like Ramada. However after this experience I will not stay at one in the future.

The room was dirty to the point we did not feel comfortable walking in the room without shoes on and did not want to take a shower.

Disappointing

The first room they gave me was damaged. The bed was wet and the ceiling was falling on the floor. I ask the front desk for more towels and wash clothes and they told me they would bring to my room but they never did.

we expected better from Wyndham, we will not stay at the location again.

The Room was clean and the location was close to the highway for accessibility to the area. Check in and check out were quick and easy.

The staff was not helpful and seemed nonchalant when we needed assistance. The bed in the room did not have a blanket, it had only two sheets. We did not get a good nights sleep due to the lack of proper bedding. When asking for a blanket I was told non were available at the front desk and they could not contact anyone to get us a blanket. The breakfast was subpar, the food was cold, dry, and the bread was stale.

We were traveling with kids and the location is very close to a Publix and a variety of restaurants so that was a plus

You get what you pay for

Comedy show very convenient and off in the cut

The room was dirty...there were dirty socks in the room we had. The toilet was dirty and the shower was dirty, trash still in the trash can. It was my 10th year anniversary 1st time in months away from the kids. And I'm cleaning the room as I would at home. We ended up just cleaning the room and buying our own blankets and pillows

I was very disappoint in the room, need to be upgrade.

The breakfast was very good.

The room only had one towel and the towel were dingy in color.

Easy check in Front desk lady is funny charming and knowledgable.

Laundry only takes quarters. There are no change machines anywhere. Went to the front desk: they were out of quarters. Had to find an offsite laundromat. This is 2023..how hard is it to find a conversion box to let folks use quarters and/or) a credit/debit card?

Will not stay there again

Breakfast was ok....but same thing every day....no variety

Mold on the cieli g in bathroom....pool was supposedly open....not clean....leaves....duck waste...pool pump was not running....water was low...house keeping did not take trash out at all....rooms were not cleaned daily

Disgusting room with bed bugs. I am still grossed out by the experience. Avoid!

The location is OK.

The hotel is not maintained nor clean. My room had bed bugs; it was disgusting.
