No volveria a reservar

El personal que te atiende es muy amable

Prometen transporte a los parques de Disney sin especificar que solo hay una hora de ida y vuelta, nada convenientes e imposible de timar que no se adapta a los shows del parque, terminamos pagando taxis, de haber sabido no hubiera reservado ahi, deberian de mencionarlo desde un principio ya que muchos reservamos ese hotel para ir a los parques. Termina pagando uno mas en taxis que en lo que se ahorro en la reservacion, pudiendo pagar un hotel mas cerca a los parques o que ofrezca mas horas de ida y vuelta.

Even though there was construction going on everyone made sure we weren’t bothered by it. Breakfast was awesome

Good last minute stay and value, but wouldn't stay there again.

Loved the customer service and value, the free breakfast was perfect. The front desk is available 24/7 so we were able to check in late in the evening. Very quiet and peaceful for the location.

While the hotel is smoke-free there is what I believe to be a restaurant right in front of the hotel. Their break area seems to be behind the restaurant which shares a fence with the hotel and the staff smoke. The room I stayed in and the pool area smelled of smoke some during the evening. The hotel is dated, and while the room was mostly clean, there is just some things that cannot be cleaned due to age. There were rust stains on the bathtub, the corners of the bathroom were also full of bugs in a spider web. The beds were very uncomfortable as well, very hard and the springs dug at my back.

Prima locatie, maar de prijs absoluut niet waard!

Goede locatie. Dichtbij de snelweg richting de diverse pretparken. En dichtbij diverse attracties op international drive.

Kamer was niet schoon. Na een week lag op de grond hetzelfde vuil als toen we aan kwamen. De wc was na 2 dagen al verstopt. De schoonmakers deden er niks mee, maar lieten dat zo. Op de booking site staat dat er een gym is maar die hebben we nergens aangetroffen. Bij het ontbijt was de ene ochtend het koffieapparaat kapot, de andere ochtend stond de broodrooster in brand. Het eten werd soms slecht aangevuld.

Wanted a Short Staycation to relax

the hotel is under new management and is being renovated which is not a big deal. The room was very nice compared to some other hotels I've stayed at. My room was clean and the bed was firm and comfortable. The room included cable tv,a microwave, a frig and coffee maker. Breakfast was better than I expected. There was turkey and pork sausage, toast (jam and peanut butter), make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit, deli meat, cheese, oatmeal bar, yogurt, juice and coffee. It's located across from Icon park and a lot of other attractions and restaurants so I could walk to them. The city provides free motorcoaches to move you around International Drive or you can pay to ride the trolley.

I could swear at the entrance of my room I could smell dog, but I knew before booking they allow pets. I travel with a vanilla fragrance candle for ambience so it didn't bother me too much. I'm not sure , but I didn't see a dedicated security person so I'm not sure if the hotel has a security department. As a female ,s olo traveler I felt safe and did notice that staff was very aware of people's movements when I was exploring the hotel.

Hotel viejo, las habitaciones huelen a humedad, el baño es horrendo, poca luz en las habitaciones, deben de dar mantenimiento al hotel. La ubicación es excelente, pero por el precio que dan, parece un Motel 6.

Our stay was decent. The only issue was the shower being broken and the sheets being dirty.

The staff was nice and helpful.

Our room had the shower broken, the fridge had residue, the sheets had hair in them, and our pillow cases had makeup on them.

Un lugar cómodo para dormir, céntrico y al frente del Icon Park. Mejoraría la calidad del desayuno

La ubicación cómoda, al frente del ICON Park facilita comer y hacer actividades en la noche o el día según itinerario, muy céntrico de los principales outlets y parques. No caminando, pero se mueve fácil en vehículo.

El desayuno, fueron 5 días y el desayuno fue el mismo, ya dos días no comimos por que era lo mismo y no se nos apetecía, además que el huevo era como un puré, no me agradó. Y bueno, el hotel es un poco viejito, el cuarto tenía un olor a humedad o "guardado" cuando llegamos
