Excellent location

Excellent location. My girl and I walked everywhere. The room was very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable.

Water pressure in the shower could have been better. Hot water could have been hoter

Fantastic

Everything was prefect. The M lounge and staff was top notch. We were in New Orlean for a family vacation celebration. We also celebrating milestone birthday. My husband contacted a manager that morning about 10am to see if he could get a birthday cake today by 3pm. She made it happen, sorry I didn’t get her name, but I don’t think it will be to many of your managers that got a cake for a guest. On 4/13/24

Explaining gift cards and discounts offered to guest in detail. Expresso Martini was awful.

My family definitely enjoyed the stay, we will be back soon!

The room was decent, location was okay thankfully you cant hear all the partying on the town. Room was clean, TV was good size and the bed was definitely comfortable. The hotel/facility itself was amazing.

The room could have been bigger for the price, but everything else was great.

Was very disappointed in the initial check-in and the problems with the hot water

The location was great. The room was clean.

It took three times to get a room with a bathtub check and kept getting in your rooms that did not have bathtubs in it. In order to get hot water we had to run the water for 10 to 15 minutes in the shower bathtub and sink.

Poor service for the price

The location is perfect, the staff is nice, the service is good and the premise is clean and well kept.

The place is very standard, very poorly decorated and furnished, it doesn't even have a lobby entitled of the name lobby, since they just put a restaurant on the ground floor to serve the seatings available. But mostly, it's too pricey for what they are offering. In the same exact block there's several hotels which offer a more premium service and vibe for half the price... Not to mention that on the same street, 2 blocks away, there's the Ritz-Carlton which offers the best luxury experience for almost the same price...

I only like that it is close to the casino

My room door should’ve look like it was still open. The bed had red stuff on it. One of the legs on the bed is leaning. The towels had stands on it.

I expect better of Marriott, especially their flagship hotel chain.

Good location next to but not in the French Quarter, convenient to other venues. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed.

Hot water in the shower kept cycling cooler, then hotter. Only 2 hooks in the bathroom, and those are so shallow they don't hold a wet towel. No conditioner in the bathroom on the first morning. Very little drawer space in the room for clothes. It was cold outside, and it was hard to get the heat in the room high enough to make us comfortable.

Very nice and worth it!

Upon checkout the front desk was so friendly. I wish I had the names of the two young women working thurs nite about 9pm they were sensational!

I think they could have used more help at the lounge bar even thought the servers working were great and worked very hard to service everyone there. It was crowded due to the bowl game on sat and the saints game on sunday

Great location, wonderful staff, great quality!

It housed the conference I attended, the facilities were clean and close to downtown for access to wonderful restaurants. The valet parking staff was amazing when my car battery died and ensured I was able to drive home safely.

Location is fantastic, Breakfast 🍳 was excellent the chef 👩‍🍳 made us omelettes everyday.

The pool side was very noisy and off the street people can sell drinks?? The hotel use swipe system to get into the pool area.

I thought the bathrooms were old and outdated. The water fills up immediately once you start showering in the bath. I would suggest a revamp of the bathrooms to a shower only.

You won’t be disappointed with the property! The beds are comfy and the water is hot hot!

Location was perfect! Within walking distance to all the popular spots but far enough away to not be bothered by the sounds. Staff was always very friendly and informative. But most importantly rest assured, the beds are comfortable and the hot water is no joke! It’s hot! Which is exactly what you need after a long night on Bourbon Street!

The cleanliness of the room was definitely not horrible but because of the constant rotation of people, needs a bit of improvement. Lord only knows what type of biological nastiness has been tracked into those carpets from those streets!

Fantastic, besides the keys that stop working very often where you have to go to the front desk ofte

I was facing the city, nice view. I was in a suite, big and spacious with 2 bathrooms clean and neat.

There was a day, they didn’t come cleaned my room. I requested to clean before I went out, I was told the lady was coming. When I came back in the evening, the room was not clean, I have to request for clean towels to be sent to my room. I had an issue with an employee, an Asian guy that works at night. He was really rude and profiling me as a black person. I stayed in a suite, where there are two rooms with two entrances, 3103 & 3105. I went to the Asian receptionist that night, I forgot his name and explained to him only one of the keys worked and the other room did not worked. He asked for ID, I said I left it in the room but I have a picture on my phone. He refused to fix my card, he didn’t even want to check in the computer to verify my name. He said no ID, I can’t help you and I needed to get to my room. I was like, why don’t you activate the key, send someone with me so I can get the ID, and give me the card once they verified me. He was like no , he profiled me and gave me so much hard time and didn’t activated and the room was under my name. That was one of my worst experience, while I stay at Mariott every time I come to Nola.

Location is awesome but with basic amenities.

Location is the best. Have basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner and body gel. Free coffee offer everyday to use. Have ironing and locker. There is bell captain to store your luggage after check out. Has a hair dryer.

The towels and bed sheet isn’t clean. The toilet is bit small.

The Club M was amazing. Staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were courteous, and one could tell they all wanted visitors to have a great experience in the hotel and city. There was even a "pop up" band /parade that came through the lobby and drew us all down the street to enjoy the surrounding French Quarter neighborhood. 7 1892
