Superb

Loved the minimalist design of the rooms and building in general. Very clean (no carpet, hooray!) and everything looks new. The room didn’t have a good view but we got early check-in and later check-out.

The location was great for shopping—but perhaps not the best for restaurants (Pearl District has better ones).

the glass bathroom doors. I think hotels need to remember it's not only couples that travel together. I was with my dad and the lack of privacy was disconcerting.

the staff were impressive, kind and helpful.

there were mail clippings in the shower, because of a basketball tournament the hallway was littered with candy… Just cleanliness in general. Also, we were very sad to see the coffee stand in the lobby wasn’t open in the morning…

clean, modern and minimalistic

very minimal food and beverage options. coffee and tea stops serving at 11am…..room service ends early, so dinner isn’t an option. beds are not very comfortable…

Wonderful Staff, Central Location, Could do better for Housekeeping

Centrally located, walking distance to everything, clean room, wonderful staff.

Housekeeping on request only every other day, had to request daily towels, and no clean cup (glass or paper) replenishment.

The decor was fantastic and staffing was helpful.

Car drop off for valet parking was small and a bit overpriced, but convenient.

the toilet , it was awkward and hurt to sit, oversized seat, these needs to be replaced

the bar was nice, room was big

the cleaning ladies just walk in at any minute. they also do not clean well my car was broken into 2 times here.
