地理位置非常好，早餐也很好，餐厅的服务人员非常好。

一股发霉的味道，半夜入住出现洗澡龙头的问题，换房间也不行，住了很多5星级酒店，我觉得和这个价格真的很不匹配。

Well positioned and great staff

The bed was extremely comfortable The staff were all very good but two ladies (Maxine and Tracey) stood out as going beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable The lobby lounge is reasonably well appointed and quite comfortable

We stayed in a Stamford Suite and found the room layout quite weird and not as comfortable as we expected. The entryway between shower & bath and toilet & vanity feels VERY odd, the table and 2 chairs make access to tea/coffee facilities and mini bar difficult, placing a large orchid directly in front of the TV was weird and we found the sofa quite uncomfortable. We were astonished returning from an evening out and looking forward to a nightcap to find the only bar actually in the hotel closed for a private function with no effort made to accommodate paying guests - surely the lobby lounge could have been made available!

Anniversary Getaway

Loved the decor of building, quiet even though the room was facing Street. Very comfortable bed. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Close to MRT, Museums and Parks.

Only bad thing was coffee. This was inconsistent with the extensive Breakfast on offer. Would recommend a proper Barista and coffee machine. Lighting in the room a little confusing. Our room had no option to just have bedside lamps on.

Good for family stay

The service was excellent. Staff is nice and fast response. The breakfast buffet was super nice!

Overall and enjoyable stay in a centralized location

Room is quiet despite it being quite crowded given its central location.

Some visible damage on the furniture (e.g. hinge spoilt on cupboard doors) but still useable. An electrical socket not working.

The hotel is wonderful, food was great.... Participation of guest's needs was not up to the standard

Breakfast was great! But the maintenance job was terrible. The TV didn't work, even the second day the staff changed a room for my VIP Guests, the TV didn't work again

My guest informed FO to refresh the room, and 3 hrs later when she came back, the room was still not cleaned. TV didn't work. My guest was asked to change to another room, which the room was like downgrade as what i booked for them. No view at all... TV didn't work again...

History meets Contemporary

The hotel is located in the heart of the city which has a perfect combination of old school and modern singapore. It's proximity to the Arcade, malls and so many attractions in walking distance is a big bonus. Plus the room was comfortable, morning breakfast was amazing and the staff was super friendly and understanding.

Being an old revamped theatre there was not much space for a big pool which could accommodate a kid and their floaters/tubes.

Excellent- 5* from beginning of trip to the end.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were given 5* personal service. Our suite was also upgraded which was superb. The suite was large, comfortable and we had everything we could ask for. Breakfast was vast with both Asian & Western cuisine with food cooked to order. The staff were so warm friendly and welcoming- it was a pleasure breaking our journey from NZ to stay here. Far better than its neighbour Raffles which frankly underwhelms!

Nothing Really- To be picky and I mean picky, the lights were a bit confusing but once mastered ok. Singapore is very hot and with it very high humidity levels- you can’t walk far before you are soaking wet in sweat. Also weather changes from dry to wet quickly so be prepared. Thankfully the hotel had a great Air Con system. All in all this was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in around the world, coupled with excellent manners and service from staff, you really need to be very fussy or picky to find a valid fault!

A beautiful hotel with large rooms and delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and the location was excellent, close to a shopping centre, food areas and the train station.

朝食の種類が豊富でどれも美味しかった！プールが小さめだが、清潔で安全でとてもよかった！

部屋やお風呂場は少し古さを感じた。バスタブにお湯がたまらなくて、スタッフを呼んで直してもらった。

素敵なホテルです。

さすが高級ホテルだけあって、スタッフ、施設、設備は最高でした。朝のブッフェにもシャンペンがあり朝からいただきました。

火災警報器の誤作動？で夜中にベルが鳴り響き宿泊客はみんな廊下に出ていましたが、ホテルからの説明はありませんでした。

Hotel mit gediegenem Ambiente in Toplage

Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum, von wo aus man vieles fußläufig erreichen kann, auch den Fluss. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ebenfalls sehr großzügig. Der Wäscheservice war sehr flott, innerhalb von 24 Stunden erhielten wir unsere Bekleidungsstücke zurück. Das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die ein oder andere Bedienung im Frühstücksraum hätte ein wenig schneller agieren können. Das Buffet bietet eine riesige Auswahl an Speisen.

Der Weg zum Zimmer von der Hauptstraße aus ist weit und unübersichtlich. Der Eingang zum Hotel befindet sich in einer Nebenstraße, bzw. auf der Hinterseite der historischen Fassade. Vom Zimmer aus führte ein umständlicher Weg durch einen Lichthof zum Frühstücksraum/Restaurant. Man kann sich leicht verlaufen Wenn die Fensterscheiben geputzt wären, hätte man vom Zimmer aus einen schönen Blick auf Marina Bay Sands.

Wonderful

The service provided was extremely wonderful. All the staff was caring, attentive and helpful. They provided one to one service to every client, we never needed to queue up for checking in & out or making enquiries. The breakfast was so impressed. There was a variety of food to choose from and all were very tasty. Though we have had the breakfast buffet for three morning, the food was not the same, which was impressing.

Disappointing

Breakfast offer was quite diversified but the quality if the dishes was rather basic.

Check-in took 30 mn... We did not feel really welcomed by the staff but I have to acknowledge that it was really dependent on some staff members as the departure was much better. We booked two rooms for us and our kids and were provided rooms with no view and even definitely closed shutters which meant almost no daylight. The hotel would need to go through some renovation as it looked somehow outdated compared to existing 5 star offer in Singapore. Overall I found it quite expensive for the level of service and would not go back.

Amazing hotel in a great location.

Everything was great from the start. The staff were so friendly and professional. The room was big, well equipped and the bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was delicious with a great variety.

A great way to experience singapore.

The hotel is fantastic. Great location and excellent staff. The stamford suite is 10/10. MRT station is a couple of minutes walk away.
