Great place to stay from which to explore NYC.

The location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel. The hotel is within walking distance (5 min or less) of several subway stations and close the East River. Beautiful sunrise views over the Brooklyn Bridge just a few steps away from the hotel! Close proximity to a pharmacy, and many restaurants. Great experience.

I missed the hotel when I first walked by as the lights are dimmed at night and it looked closed. Check in was not as smooth as I would have hoped. I waited over 10 minutes to get checked in (no one at the desk, though they were informed by colleagues but needed to complete other tasks in the back). Not ideal after an 8 hour flight and 1 hour train ride from the airport. I had an issue with the payment and looked for another card (30 seconds) but the concierge was ready to check in the people who had arrived after me. All sorted in the end. I also wasn't told that I needed my key card to select my floor - luckily staff already in the elevator informed me. This experience in an exception in what was overall a really great stay with fantastic staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant.

Comfortable place to stay with good value for money

The hotel was a great location - not too far from a train stop and Wall Street. Overall the hotel was in good repair and clean. The staff were very helpful as well.

The cleaning of our room was not the best. It appears they only replace towels, empty the trash and make the beds. I didn't take any photos of it, but there was some muck in the corner of the shower when we arrived. Just a good deep cleaning is all they need. I have stayed a lot of places in NYC and this is by far one of the cleanest.

Great stay at Hotel Indigo - Wall St

Great location and modern style! We love Indigos we’ve stayed in around the globe.

Bedrooms are super small but comfortable and modern.

Good location but rooms are tiny and staff are disinterested

Location was good. Easy to access the subway and Brooklyn Bridge

Everything on the other reviews holds true. The staff on the whole are unfriendly and it feels like they don’t want to be there or help you. The cleaning was average at best. The rooms are tiny. Not big enough to share with another person and they’ve clearly prioritised cramming rooms in rather than making them a decent size. Too small to share rooms with another person. If you’re unable to close the bathroom door without moving the hand towels on the rack, then the room is too small. Nowhere sensible to put luggage.

Stylish boutique hotel ideally located.

Location location location! It was perfect for my meetings at 120 Wall Street. Also, even though my room was quite near the elevators, contrary to my request, I couldn't even hear them. Bed was comfy enough and the room was well appointed.

Your lobby staff was uniformly unfriendly -- appeared bored, as if they could care less if I stayed there or not. That said, there was an exceptionally professional, courteous and efficient waiter in the cafe. He was short with dark hair; unfortunately, he wasn't wearing a name badge (I don't recall seeing them on any one), so I can't thank him by name. Hopefully you know who he is! Also, oh my goodness the noise! The room doors slamming, people talking loudly in the halls, at all hours. And my view, as usual, was abysmal. I felt like Charlie Brown in the Halloween special: everyone gets candy when trick-or-treating but poor Charlie says, "I got a rock." The room was not as pictured with a large window and desk chair. Water pressure in the shower was dismal.

loved location, the breakfast, staff, rooftop bar.

I would prefer to have orange juice & coffee at breakfast rather than choose between them, only a minor issue though. I doubt our particular upper level room was 23sqM but it was still sufficient. I did get wrong information from staff a couple of times, again a minor issue so score reduced from 10 to 9.

Average hotel - could be cleaner.

The staff at checkout were friendly. The decor is reasonably new and stylish

The room and bathroom weren’t clean enough. There is nowhere to hang your wet towels in the bathroom. One of our rooms had no hot water at times, and housekeeping didn’t replace our sodden bathmat and top up our bottled water one day. The bathroom smelt badly of damp.
