住了這間酒店4晚，位置方便，酒店房間整潔。

員工非常友善及幫助解答我的問題。

廁所花灑頭壞了，沒有修理。還有窗簾爛了，需要換掉。冷氣到半夜會自動關掉。

整體不錯，但浴室有點小問題

飲食跟服務都非常棒~~所有服務人員都很親切，而且隔音真的蠻好的，房間也好大。

我住的浴室有漏水的問題，不知道是不是因為老飯店改建的關係，乾濕分離沒有做好，淋浴間的門的封條脆化，導致在裡面洗澡，水還是噴到外面，而且需要幾條毛巾去吸水的程度，後面幾天只能小心洗澡不要讓水噴到門那裡，有點小克難....

Wonderful stay in Taipei

Love the location (very close to Metro and convenient stores) and the executive lounge experience was excellent. Service was great and staff were friendly. We greatly appreciated the room assigned, slept very well as our quality of rest in the room was excellent. Breakfast spread was great too. Hubby enjoyed the Spa as well.

A nice stay and hope to come back.

The breakfast was pretty good. No complaints at all. A good selection of many foods. The Sauna nice, the assistance of the staff also friendly and nice!

地球の歩き方で大宣伝！でもコーヒー最悪！

①シャワーヘッドが壊れていた。がしかしすぐにスタッフが対処してくれた。昨日まではどのように掃除していたのだろう少し心配になった。②蚊がいた。がしかしすぐにスタッフが液体式電子蚊取り器を準備してくれたおかげで快眠が保証された。冬に五つ星ホテルにも蚊がいるというガイドブックにも書かれていないことを学習できた。非常に満足だ。③プールはスタッフさんも含め最高でした。④ホテルからの返信はみんな同じ文章なのかな。公平なサービスですね。

①朝食会場のコーヒーは最悪だった。五つ星ホテルともあろうものがコーヒーマシンを用い、ドリップブリューしないのだ。コンビニコーヒーの方がましだと思うレベルだった。②宿泊後ホテル独自のアンケートに答えたが、何とかマネージャーさんが、元日に起きた地震について能登半島のことを能代半島（存在しない）と書いていた。最低である。が年末年始で忙しかったのだろう。思いやらねばなるまい。

This is one hotel that we will strongly considered for a retuned visit.

A convenient location. Quiet room. Very comfortable beds. Efficient check in and out (no long queues). Very friendly staff

Would recommend this property for business as well as leisure travellers

The hotel is located near to several convenience stores and food outlets including an MTR station. The service level of staff is impeccable, particularly those I have encountered at club lounge. Room is clean and of good size.

Table at breakfast restaurant is a little too small.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Service was excellent throughout.

Breakfast was excellent. So much variety for all kinds of tastes. The Taiwanese dishes were especially good!

An earlier check-in and later check-out time would have been great, especially since we booked an Executive Floor room.

Worth every penny

Located next to Nanjing Fuxing MRT. All personnel are excellent and dedicated. The Front Desk, the Concierge, the Housekeeping were all superlative. Spcl mention - Eva of Concierge team who was extremely attentive and looked out for us. Helped make our visit stress-free. The chef at the breakfast counter made vegetarian noodles for us. Truly grateful.

Restaurant closes at 9p.m. No way you can order any room service after that. Only one restaurant at the hotel offers limited vegetarian options. Time to change that.

One of the best options for a week of stay in Taipei, for business or leisure

The check-in/check-out process was smooth, staff were very friendly and trying to help all the time, while being very respectful of your decisions and privacy. The breakfast was OK. Lots of choices, well-cooked dishes, nice environment. The bar at 3rd floor was providing good service until mid-night.

The fact restaurants were serving food until 9:00 or 9:30 was not convenient. The food and snack provided in the executive hall could be a little of higher quality. The coffee was awful there.

Modern quiet elegance, comfortable stay w/ indoor exercise pool; excellent buffet dinner & service.

The hotel was understated modern elegance--just the way we liked it. It had both Japanese and Taiwanese sensibilities with the decor, service, and ambience. We were so pleasantly surprised by the interior. The outside is a nondescript block, while inside is a quiet elegance without being ostentatious. The central atrium design is well-done (not blingy but clean, modern, and Japanese-inspired). The carpets throughout were super thick & soft and sound dampening. The service was very professional, prompt, and excellent in delivery. We took advantage of the buffet dinner deal with our rooms and were blown away by the dinner at the All Day Dining hotel restaurant, Brillant. The restaurant itself was spacious, comfortable, and modern, while the food quality and selection was outstanding--it actually went beyond our expectations. It had such a wide variety and it was done in a sanitary fashion. There were sashimi, sushi, cold dishes, Taiwanese, Thai, Mediterranean, British, and fried foods; the Haagen-Daaz and Green Tea opera cakes were amazingly good. We left from dinner uber satisfied. Rooms had wonderful amenities including branded, beautifully-scented shower gels and shampoo/conditioner, a Kohler bathtub, a separate shower, a Toto toilet, a weight scale, hamper, hairdryer and the other basic bathroom amenties. They had bathrobes and a 'night gown' as well. We reserved a swimming slot in the morning and enjoyed the lap pool (2 lanes and 4 feet deep throughout which took the pressure off having to tread water when tired). They also kept the pool clean and not overly chlorinated. I was able to borrow a swimming cap and goggles from the lifeguard. The location was superb. It was centrally located to the activities we wanted to do nearby so for us it was perfect. Overall, an excellent stay which I would recommend as well as consider to stay again in the very near future when coming to Taipei the next time.

The only flaws were: 1) The lounge chair in the room was too small and topples over easily (need a foot stool), the lighting was a little lacking, and the mattress was still a little too firm to our liking but otherwise very comfortable. The Buffet Breakfast at the same dining restaurant was also a little lackluster coming off an unbelievable Buffet Dinner experience. We had high expectations for breakfast because of the dinner, but unfortunately, even the basic breakfast items like scrambled eggs were just so-so, the chicken sausages tasted terrible, and although there was some variety, the only things we found palatable were the eggs benedict, cold cuts, and some of the pastries.
