Really enjoyable room in a perfect spot.

Extremely comfortable bed and pleasant, clean, spacious room with good air-conditioning and plenty of power outlets. Easy & straightforward check-in, nice staff. Kitchenette was basic but well-stocked. Great location with good access to the main cultural & social spaces in the CBD.

There was a small stain on the carpet near the couch.

Affordability, comfort, location, size of apartments

Everything was fantastic. Except there was mold that needed to be scrubbed mainly in the shower. Cold water in the fridge and ice would have been great also.

Only thing I didn't like was the Fire Drill(I know they are unavoidable) also the Elevators were a bit scary to use.

Clean, comfortable and central.

Location was so central, near the tram and bus stops. The bed was the most comfortable I'd had in my three week trip and the airconditioner could be adjusted.

A few more dishwasher tabs would have been helpful, and more crockery & cutlery. With three adults staying we were using these things.

Convenient, clean and great value. Particularly impressed that wifi, along with full access to Netflix, and other streaming services came free of charge.

Couldn't work out how to turn the oven on.

Excellent place. Will recommend to friends

Very central to everything. Tram and bus stops are just a min walk. Apartment has most facilities available, clean and very comfortable. Loved that it has a common washer and dryer for us to use.

Dent on the dryer. Not sure if it’s safe to use.

Great value for money

location, size of apartment - it was fantastic . even had a laundry!

There is no carpark attached to the building, you have to park in a public carpark which is 2 blocks away. car parking is discounted though.

Not in a hurry to go back

Communication from mgr was ok Had room changed from spa room to 2 bedroom as apparently aircon not working but was advised by mgr, get to hotel to be told 2 bedroom cannot be used as previous person had smoked in room so was given 1 bedroom Seemed like was just getting changed around to suit the hotel as we booked through bookings.com Was given small bottle of wine and 10% discount if we stay again and book with them direct for the inconvenience Asked for 2 carpark and was hoping they wouldn’t charge me but they did

Exceptional

I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed! It was so soft and easy to sleep in. The Air Con was really good and consistent too.

The elevators were STRUGGLING 🫠 I am aware they are very expensive to install/update and manage, but heck were they both sassy and loud.

Really good. It was a really good apartment. I could have stayed longer term. Spacious.

Great location. Close to everything. Good for exploring Adelaide.

Only thing I could suggest was the lounge/sofa was really low to the ground and you sank even further into it.

Excellent location, spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen.

The location is close to very central so made getting around Adelaide very easy. We were using public transport most of the time so it was very convenient. The kitchen had everything we required for the nights we decided to stay in. The apartment had lots of natural light and was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

The shower could do with a good spray of Exit Mould.

Location excellent - very central. Bathroom was HUGE and amazing with a very generous spa! Room was much bigger than I expected which was great. Bed was good. An easy stay :)

Great apartment, terrible staff experience

The apartment had plenty of room and was clean. The facilities were good including a full fridge freezer. The location was great, less than a 10 minute walk to the main shopping centre.

On a Saturday night the surrounding area is very busy and loud. The music was still playing loudly until 3am. The out of hours check in procedure is terrible. I had informed them multiple times of the late check in and was informed they would send instructions 24 hours prior to check in. They didn't send anything. Now we are standing outside the building at 10:30pm unable to get into the building and unable to call the international number on the door. Luckily some other guests arrived and were kind enough to help us with calling the out of hours number. The reason they hadn't sent any instructions is because they needed a card on file but they hadn't mentioned this previously. It's standard for hotels to do this so I was expecting it but to withhold check in information to make me phone their out of hours number and read out my card details while standing outside the hotel at 10:30pm....this procedure definitely needs to be addressed! Otherwise we didn't have any interaction with the staff as the reception was closed when we left in the morning and arrived back in the evening.

Very good

The apartment was in an excellent location, so close to the buses and opposite the tram stop. The one bedroom spa suite was large with a super sized bathroom and a much used spa!! The water pressure in the shower was perfect. The towels were replaced as requested. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and the air conditioning worked well.

The seating in the lounge was too small for two people. An extra seat or large settee would have been better. The distance between the bedroom and bathroom was considerable, for someone with mobility issues.
