Hotel needs to be fixed up and pool area properly cleaned

The room was large and as we were a family it gave us plenty of space. The location is around a 5 minute walk from Nana BTS, slightly difficult with a buggy but obviously this is not the hotels fault and if you don't have a buggy location is fine.

There was a lot we did not like unfortunately. It was dirty. The pool had green algae/scum all at the bottom and round the edges. Yhe umbrellas were ripped and one of the beds was broken, and the cushions on some of the beds were out of shape and lumpy. The hot tub desperately needs changing it was all cracked, eroded, and just disgusting. The pool area had drains, and one had no cover showing a load of hair and scum hanging out of it, super dangerous for kids and an adult as its a dirty hole. The room floor had chips as did the tables. The room had a kitchenette which was great, but no crockery, cutlery or washing up stuff plus the tap pressure was ridiculous so it went everywhere everytime you turned it on with nothing but our bath towels to clean it up. We had to change rooms on our first night as the water coming out the bath and the shower was BROWN. I was running a bath for my 2 year old. It took over 20 minutes for this to start to run clear and it wasn't until I pressed that this was unacceptable that they offered to switch our room to the same but on the floor below. All in all hotel needs a priper clean and a lot of it needs upgrading it was really not what we expected.

schöne Suiten etwas abgelegen zur Hauptstraße

Liegt am Ende der Soi 13, die Entfernung wäre kein Problem, unangenehm fand ich den sehr starken Verkehr (Autos, Mopes) hin zur Sukhumvit, man hatte kaum einen Bereich zum laufen

I will return as the welcome and hospitality is out of this world

The service I received from Mudtiga for my evening meals was outstanding, support from the duty manager Nitchayanat Hongsa and Nanfon was exceptional, I really can’t thank these 3 enough as every time I return I am always left feeling I am their number one priority. They are a credit to your hotel and feel sometimes not appreciated

Was a shame the pool was out of action, no notification on website but it does not spoil my long earned break away

Bad value for money - might stay at hotel just next to bts and save more money

1. No smart tv in room. 2. Hotel location in narrow lane long walk from bts and grab takes ages to arrive or eventually cancelled. 3. Hotel primarily have indian guests. 4. Limited breakfast - felt like only caters to indian guests

All good ,just one problem and not a big one. No one serving food and drinks at the pool until 3pm.. You have to find a telephone and call for service.

Convenient and clean hotel.

Bed was super comfy and the hotel in general well kept and nice. Also ok location reasonably close to the metro and they also have a complimentary shuttle service to take you there. Breakfast was nice, good spread and decent coffee! The roof swimming pool and bar very nice and ab ideal place to chill after a day in Bangkok!

We didn’t love the sliding frosted glass bathroom doors as they didn’t close completely so a little awkward at times as there were 3 of us in the room!

Hotel setup is very good. But it needs to renovation already, it seems quite old and some detailes are very tired already.

There where signes of leaking wather on the ceilings in lobby area.
