Nestled in Savannah, this lovely house for $169 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. One Half of our Garage is available for Guests But it was Built in the 1990's and will not accommodate extra wide or long vehicles. 19ft length maximum Many trucks do not fit. ****************************************************************************************************** Our properties are professionally and thoroughly cleaned between all visits with fresh linens and completely scrubbing of all hard surfaces. Of 4400 properties listed in Savannah Carriage House is Number 2 and the only property that is better is our 2 bedroom townhome (912817) Stay with the best! **Special Note for Instant booking Guests! Please be sure to check the box for pets if you are bringing a pet. If you forget we will send you a separate payment request for the pet fee. This home can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. The legal capacity for adults is 2 people as of 2018, 1 extra person welcome if they are children under 18. Jones E. Carriage House has it all; great location, dog friendly, luxury appointments, and off street parking with private entrance. The private entrance is from the lane behind our property. It's an easy walk to everywhere from here. Rents fast, so don't hesitate or your date will be gone. Experience the wonder of Savannah as it was meant to be explored on foot. This spacious, one room living area has everything you and your dog need to enjoy downtown Savannah. For those without Dogs we are people friendly as well. Jones E. carriage house has just been renovated and is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. SPECIAL NOTE: The Carriage House Is Only allowed by code to sleep TWO ADULTS plus children as of 2018. (two in a queen bed and the third using a our deluxe EZ bed ) The bed is a deluxe electrically powered inflatable bed with a nice padded cover. The bed is at normal height and on legs when fully inflated. You will need to deflate the bed during the day to move freely in the room. Experience a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The bed is queen size and there is an electric fireplace for a romantic ambiance with or without running the heater. Watch a flatscreen HDTV, read, or play games. Cook in, or take a short walk to one of the wonderful restaurants within a ten minute leisurely walk. You name it, this kitchen has it. Keurig coffee pot, toaster, cookware, bakeware and basic supplies such as oils and spices. High quality linens are included along with a hair dryer, shampoo, soaps, lotions, iron and ironing board. The courtyard is shared with us and our dog (Gus). We live in the main house. The courtyard is complete with fountain and perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. You might catch us using our Big Green Egg for our outdoor cooking and would be happy to share our hot coals with you. As native Californians we use wine for cooking, drinking and making new friends. You will have private access to the carriage house from the lane. There is plenty of free parking on the street. Just be mindful of street sweeping hours. Jones E. Carriage House is walking distance to everything in historic downtown Savannah. Have coffee in the courtyard then walk 2 blocks to the famous Clary's Cafe on E. Jones St. Stroll a few more beautiful blocks for shopping or dining at the landmark restaurant of Mrs. Wilkes' Dining Room. Enjoy all the festivities Forsyth Park has to offer just a few blocks away. From the carriage house walk up Habersham St. through several lovely squares to River Street. Just as easily walk to City Market or to any of the many wonderful restaurants along the way. And of course the local dog park is just 1 block away! If you do run out of energy at the end of a long day, you simply need to hail one of the numerous Pedi-Cabs to bring you back home. Jones E. Carriage House is perfect for anyone who is looking for a getaway and doesn't want to leave their dog at home. Stay for a long weekend or an entire week. You will love it. For a time my Husband and I worked as secret shoppers for the Ritz Carlton Hotel chain. Our job was to use all of the hotel services as undercover guests and report back to the management to help them maintain their 5 star rating. We enjoyed our stay at June's adorable carriage house. It was comfy, clean, and quiet, and made us feel right at home. All of the extra touches one being the Christmas Tree made our stay perfect! June and puppy Gus met us at check-in. She explained everything, and showed us around. She knew we were a bit nervous, being this was our first time using Vrbo. I just wish we had more time to chat with June, she was such a warm, talented and an interesting lady and Gus was just adorable!

We absolutely loved June! She is the most amazing owner we’ve encountered. She met us outside when we arrived and showed us around the property and gave us so many recommendations of things to do in the area. She missed no small details (snacks/drinks for us, dog treats and a bowl of water out for our dog etc.) We instantly felt right at home. The property was perfect for 2 of us and our dog. It was fully stocked with everything we could need, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the house is also perfect, we were obsessed with the street it was on. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much, June!

Upon arrival and after reflecting on my trip, I know this was perfect spot to experience Savannah.
After watching the movie Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, I learned that Jones Street is the best address in the Historical District. I agree! No better place from which to explore and experience Savannah.
Care and attention to detail is apparent. The carriage house of this registered historical property is thoughtfully appointed with High Quality furnishings, decor, linens, kitchen appliances, coffee, and a greeting basket of snacks. Very Clean. Comfortable bed. Kitchen perfect for preparing small meals, BBQ on the courtyard if desired.
First time visitors may be unaware that parking is expensive and an important consideration when staying in Historic District. Secure garage parking underneath the carriage house is provided.
June was accessible and a perfect host. Greeting me upon arrival to show me how to settle in and acclimate right away. June gave excellent tips for seeing the neighborhood and enjoying dining at the best local spots.
Location is perfect to explore Historic district on foot. Enjoyed a 90 minute small group walking architectural tour. (Host June can share the details). The Hop On/Hop Off bus just OK...Better way to start (my opinion) would have been a private 4 hour tour guide. So much to see and understand of this area.

This place literally had everything you could possibly need. Every amenity has been well thought out. It was spotless when w arrived. Having a garage to park the car was awesome. It was a great location, walkable to so much & very easy to drive somewhere if needed. If you have a dog, this place is also perfect. There’s great sidewalks all over Savannah to go on walks and there’s a dog park basically right across the street. We would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend for anyone. Shout out to property manager, June, for being so kind as well.

June's place was perfect for our visit to Savannah. We were walking distance to most of downtown (E Broughton) and super close to Forsyth park and the ghost district. Having a garage parking space was another huge win for us. June was always responsive with recommendations, and the place overall was excellent. 5/5

June is easily the most thoughtful VRBO host I’ve met yet. My (now) husband and I stayed here for our small wedding, and we were warmly welcomed with an adorable hand written chalk board sign, spoiled with amenities, and provided with a map of places to visit downtown. The location is walking distance to everything and so quaint and clean! The host checks off everything on the list: location, amenities, communication, cleanliness, you name it! We’d definitely love to stay here again.

My wife and I have been using this, and similar services, for a combination of over 30 years. This location is, by far, the most amazing stay we’ve ever had. Not only is Savannah a great city with tons of history and things to do, this location is right in the middle of it with most activities and restaurants within walking distance.
June and Greg have gone above and beyond to provide the ultimate stay. The property is stunning. The cleanliness is top notch. We’ve never stayed at a location that’s been more appointed than this one. The welcome is as warm as can be and you immediately feel at home. Nothing has been overlooked or missed here. The attention to detail is outstanding.
A heads up regarding your vehicle. Parking is limited if you have a large SUV ie Suburban or a large pick up ie crew cab. A garage is provided, but if your vehicle won’t fit you’ll need to use the street or alley. Alley is mostly for private use and streets are a hit and miss with availability and street sweeping restrictions. Pay close attention when using the streets. Do not let this discourage you from this location though.

There was a nice welcome note on the chalkboard, a welcome basket and some waters and soft drinks in the refrigerator. This had to be the best experience from start to finish. June was very communicative and made the entire process so effortless.
We loved all of the thoughtful touches like snacks and dog biscuits for our pups. The house was spotless and well appointed with whatever you might need.
We enjoyed all of the recommendations and tried several! It was just a nice quiet comfortable spot to relax. It also has a lovely courtyard with shade trees and a fountain.

We had a great time in this beautiful space. June was very available, friendly, and super helpful. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the historic district but not too near the commercial areas. Easy walking distance to groceries, though. So nice to spend time walking down cobblestones under live oaks dripping with Spanish moss!

This is an amazing place to stay. It is located within walking distance from numerous sites. June was an exceptional host. Snacks and cold drinks were provided upon our arrival. She had recommendations for restaurants, sites, and tours to visit. All of them were wonderful. She even printed out our museum tickets for us after we realized we needed a paper copy. It was a quiet neighborhood located in the historical district. The homes were so beautiful. A very welcoming and safe place to stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. Since we were visiting Savannah for our daughter's graduation, it was bittersweet - we grew to love Savannah. The option to park our car in the garages was very nice but nicer still was the actual carriage house - adorably decorated and filled with things to make us comfortable - like a snack basket and drinks in the fridge. We did lounge on the patio as well. June was available for questions and very nice. Her dog was lovable as well. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

Owners met us when we arrived for check in and walked us through all the info we needed to be able enjoy our stay without bothering them. Owners provide a book of recommendations and all the ones we were able to take advantage of were just as they described. When back in Savannah and if the carriage house is available, we would stay again.
